This was a very affordable, modern, small studio apartment that we stayed in. The location was great for us, a quick walk to the mall/shops and 15 minutes into the town. There were restaurants and cafes very close. We liked it so much we extended it. We really liked the responsiveness of the staff and the setup on WhatsApp, it was very easy to coordinate (perhaps more difficult if no internet). Also very handy they have an office close by as well had to make a payment in person. Bathroom was great.

The only bad thing was that we could hear the lift beeping every time it went to a new floor, which happened all the time. We had ear plugs so it was manageable but it was really frustrating.

My original booking was cancelled at the last minute and I was left on a dire situation. I booked this place whilst in a cafe and was responded to very quickly and only had to wait an hour or so to check in. The view is incredible and the shower is very powerful. Small stove to cook on which was nice. Supermarket nearby

The bed and the linen were comfortable and the members of staff were extremely friendly. We were able to leave our luggage and there was also secure parking. The apartment was big, plenty of space and Netflix on the TV. Building was very secure.

Unfortunately the key reason you book a place to stay is to sleep, which we were unable to do much of. The room we had faced the road. This would be tolerable if there was at least a sealed window/double glazing but unfortunately (I’m not sure due to the glazing or the fit of the windows) it sounded like there was no insulation or soundproofing, at all. Every time a bus or loud car whizzed past it woke us up. I understand this is a problem with 2/3 rooms of the property and staff said they try not to put people on these rooms but they were clearly busy. Linen had some stains, pillows were a bit lumpy and the equipment was sparse in the kitchen.

the location was very convenient and close to the ferry and bus station. plenty of food options around. the breakfast was lovely and lots of options. the staff were friendly, the bar was well stocked with a range of drink options

The gentleman who showed us our room was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, it looked recently renovated and the breakfast was tasty. Only a 10 minute walk into the square!
