César is such an amazing host! He was able to pick me up (even after being delayed couple of hours) and drop me off again the next morning! The flat is perfect if you are looking to stay near EZE airport due to layovers, etc. Flat is really big (too big for just myself ha), really clean and tidy. Good WiFi, aircon (with heating) as well inside the bedroom. I really appreciated that as I was really cold the night I got there. It literally took not even 10 minutes to get to the flat from the airport. I'd stay here again 100%!

Perfect location, 5 mins to bus terminal and some very good reaturants. The staff were friendly and brilliant, they prepared a lovely breakfast of medialunas, coffee, tea, juice, fruit, bread, ham and cheese. There is a water dispenser. The room was spacious, clean and tidy with air conditioning. There were 3 friendly cats.

This hotel is a gem. It was very comfortable, clean and centrally located. A short walk to the bus terminal where you get a local bus to take you to the falls. Very helpful staff who will answer any of your questions.

Staff were lovely and really helpful. It is very well located in a safe area and walking distance to the town. The room was equipped with a mini kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.

The location was great. This can be a social hostel if you want it to be. The staff was good. Clean facilities. And amazing hot showers with good water pressure! Good value for your money. I would book again

Chose it for the location. A bit far from the main / nicest area, after all (plenty of people shouting “cambio! / dollars!” right outside).

Room window did not close properly (and it was freezing / snowing). The room was extremely cold. Reception said room couldn’t be warmer (heating settings can’t be changed in your own room). When I insisted, they said they’d change central heating settings. There was no difference. They said they’d misinformed me the first time (when they said room couldn’t be warmer). They offered blankets, but the air was cold. It was uncomfortable to breathe in cold / icy air while trying to sleep. They said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they had electric heaters. They had none. Very bad wi fi connection. There are no telephones in their rooms, and they ignored WhatsApps for hours (when they answered them at all). Very defensively, they claimed we WhatsApped the wrong number (we had used the right one, of course). Noisy staff talking very loudly in corridors.

Stubborn hosts who were reticent to give us hands towels and bathroom carpet. the place only had one bath towel each. the shower screen is useless so when having a shower the floor gets soaked. I called and asked for a hand towel as well as carpet and host was really tricky about it. First they argued that I had one, which I didn't... Anyway eventually they made good but I don't think I should have had to have had the conversation in the first place. The apartment is sparse. No paper towels or tea towels to dry things with. No bedside lights or mirrors so one has to get out of bed to turn the glaring very bright lights off.
