Lovely self contained flat, very clean and plenty of storage space. Decent kitchen with oven and hob(s), kettle and fridge, but also had scissors, which is rare but really useful. Also had clothes dryer. Good sized bedroom and living room. On ground floor, so no stairs!

Small shower cubicle. Could have done with a draining rack in the kitchen and some extra toilet paper. A little cold, but plenty of blankets provided.

The owner was friendly, he even gave us an upgrade. It has a great vibe with the decoration, games, books etc. It felt like home. Breakfast was delicious. (We rented a bike to drive to Playa Las Canteras and we saw so many whales from the beach. It was incredible!!)

The reception was friendly. It has lots of tables and common spaces and even a restaurant downstairs. The location is a bit further away from the town but great for starting hikes.

The kitchen could be cleaner, as well as the tables, but that is partly also the guests responsibility. The bathroom is quite small for so many people. Maybe they could hang mirrors and more hooks in the shower area.

We liked the location, it is right on the main avenue of Mendoza, the hot water and heat were good.

We did not like the host attention at all! They are very careless people with guest service, they were not attentive to our arrival, they sent us a wrong location to pick up the keys and they made us go around the entire city in a taxi, trying to get the keys. It was late, around 10 pm (22:00) and they did not answer the phone or respond to our messages, we lost more than 1 hour trying to locate the place to collect the keys, if it was not for the taxi driver we will still be looking or trying to find the real location to pick up the keys. Although they only allow you to check-in until 8 pm (20:00), then they should have sent us the correct location from the beginning and they should have been attentive to our arrival, at least by phone to guide us! We really had a very bad experience to begin with! Another thing that really bothered us during our stay was the shower drain, it was clogged and they couldn't solve it, instead they just placed a spoon to lift the drain cover, which didn't work either. The sink is extremely small. The hostess came personally to apologize for these inconveniences and took my phone to cancel our reservation without my permission. She told me she just needed to look at my reservation or booking confirmation number and that was not true. Please be aware and stay away from this accomodation: You can't trust these people!

Different sized rooms at same price. Understaffed breakfast buffet (no plates, missing food) room had leftover clothes from last guest.
