Ketrin Hotel is a luxurious new hotel that I highly recommend. The rooms are exceptionally clean and provide a high level of comfort. The food at the hotel is excellent, with a delicious breakfast included in the price. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides top-notch service, making you feel welcome and well taken care of throughout your stay. The shuttle service is outstanding, making transportation easy and stress-free. The pool is beautiful and offers a great place to relax. Additionally, the hotel offers an affordable taxi service, which is a great advantage for guests wanting to explore the area. Whenever I visit Armenia, I will always book my stay at Ketrin Hotel. In short, Ketrin Hotel provides an amazing experience and is definitely worth a visit.

Our stay at Anna’s house felt more like a family visit. If you want to experience the real Armenia and support locals, this is your best choice. We did wine tasting in their own cellars and the wine was really tasty and high quality. I definitely recommend to stay for dinner as from a fish with rice as Anna presented happened a 6 course meal that was absolutely delicious. Same goes with the breakfast. Overall lovely stay!

All staff very kind and friendly, and many thanks to the night receptionist who checked me in in the early hours of the morning after one too many flight delays. Hotel is very central and located in a quiet street, close to the metro and Republic Square. Room itself was extremely clean with plentiful amenities, excellent value for money and highly recommended. Lovely receptionist also kindly stored my luggage!

Good vibes in this place, quiet and far from the city center. Good place to meet other people: it has 4 rooms and 1 shared bathroom and kitchen (well equipped). We were 3 friends and we stayed in the pink room which is spatious and equipped with a little table where you can eat. We could sleep very well even if the beds have broken springs.

At our arrival the bathroom and the kitchen were dirty, but we cleaned everything by ourselves and since then the other guests kept it clean. Communication should be improved: on the last night in town they suspended the water supply for the following day too. Luckily we were notified by a Russian guest and we could take a shower in the evening and put apart some water for the following day, but other guests didn't know this - the hosts could have put up a sign to warn the all of us.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The apartment has everything you need for living. All the necessary shops are within walking distance. Special thanks to the hosts for a nice bonus when checking in in the form of a vase with fresh flowers and soft drinks in the refrigerator.

Hightly Recommended 😆 Nice spaceship type sleeping consoles with a blind for privacy. Comfortable bed. Quiet location and very clean. There is a water cooler with a hot water tap which is ideal for making snacks or hot beverages. 😆

i was promised to have a free taxi on my way back to the airport , the receptionist called me a taxi and he didn't pay , after i arrived to airport the taxi driver asked me for money and he was very rude , i called the manager he answered me in rude way and hung up on me , what i can say never trust what they say .

Beautiful garden with lots of fruittrees. If you come in June/July there are tons of apricots. Beautiful big swimming pool with salty water. They prepared a lovely salmon trout on BBQ.

Apartment itself is nice. Bathroom on each floor and big windows. Self check-in is also convenient.

1st floor bathroom is infested with ants. They are mostly there but some of them wander off and you can find ants throughout the apartment. Also the tv didn't show any tv programs and I could only use it to watch youtube.
