I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Ksamil! The room was exactly as described on Booking -clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything in perfect order. The photos online truly reflected the reality, which was such a pleasant surprise. What really made this stay exceptional was the staff. Not only were they incredibly friendly and helpful, but they were also constantly cleaning the facility, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized throughout our stay. On top of that, the breakfast each morning was a highlight, with different delicious options every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great accommodation, outstanding service, and a fantastic breakfast made for a perfect stay!

We loved our stay in Tina's apartment. Really spacious, clean and has everything you need. Fantastic location in Gjirokastër. Tina was so kind and welcoming to us. My partner and I unfortunately got food poisoning a couple of days into our stay and Tina took such great care of us while we were unwell - she is a lovely woman. Close to everything you could possibly need in the Old Town, and great value! Can highly recommend Tina's apartment.

- Very friendly staff - Shop downstairs - Big pool, open 24h - Room comes with robe, slippers, coffee, tea, soaps - Shampoo smells amazing (finally not the standard lemon grass scent!) - Due to power outage we were given the option to have a late breakfast or use of the pool after check out if we wanted - The bed is very comfortable

The coffee and tea was missing from our room and an empty gin bottle of the previous tenant had been left. The bread offered with our breakfast was very dry and hard.

Great apartment with lovely sea view. Really clean and comfortable (such a soft bed!). So close to the beach and lots of restaurants & markets! Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Hot tub broken on our second day and wasn’t fixed fast which for a Palace we would expect more efficiency. The hamman and steam room were also not working. Out of the two sauna only one was working. The hotel is near the industrial port so the sea water is dirty. Walls and locker room are falling apart and needs refreshing. I booked a 1h massage at the spa and when I arrived at my appointment the staff did everything so I just take 30min instead like if they overbooked or did not wanted to work idk. When I changed before and after the massage the man who did it stayed around in the room cleaning and all I didn’t felt any privacy. Also the whole mood itself about the massage was wrong, loud music, light on the ceiling. I didn’t felt rested after since I was coming for an hour or cocooning and felt like a 30min rush to leave the spa for the next person… When I asked informations about going to Tirana by bus the front desk told me it was too complicated even for them so they don’t recommend doing it. In the end it’s pretty easy to take a taxi to the bus station and then a 2€ bus to Tirana instead of paying 35€ taxi like they suggested or that I was to dumb to manage it… All in all I am pretty disappointed in the facilities outside of the room itself.
