The location was excellent! Being right in the city right above the craft market was pretty cool, and the view out of the hotel room was lovely. The breakfast was good, served by pleasant staff, a little more variety would be nice.

The physical structure was however subpar, as it was quite clear the building was old, and most of the furnishings and fittings were dated and not well maintained. For instance, the bathroom ceiling was falling in and only repaired during our stay, the mixer in the shower was broken but replaced by a part from another mixer making it wonky and almost impossible to turn off. The bedding was quite old and looked discolored, several shades off from the original white. They were changed daily but never were they truly white.

Staff were fabulous and great fun. Beautiful beach, plenty to see snorkeling. Beach beds were great to have and the drinks service was excellent. Food was great in the restaurant and the beach grill. Would definitely stay again.

It was a fantastic hotel in a stunning location, set on a hill between 2 beautiful beaches. The food was authentic Antiguan and the staff helpful and charming. A wonderful holiday in the perfect spot!

The staff was friendly and it was pretty easy to get around.

I found that you could not get items on occasion due to a lack of supplies at the bars or restaurants. Staff seemed unaware of the menus resulting in long waits due to staff unfamiliar with orders.
