The amenities in the bathroom were 100%, the bed is awesome and sheets were clean. The big windows gave an excellent impression to the room. Very spacious. Parking available with easy access. Reception staff made me feel home.

Would be an improvement to offer salt and pepper as it is a kitchen fitted studio.

I enjoyed access to the balcony as we also had rains in Dubai. Staff were very helpful. In particular Mr. Lutful, who was managing the rooms on my floor. The gentleman at the concierge was also very helpful.

The Tv channels were restricted. Should have been more. Toiletries provided were pretty sub standard.

Very bad policy of deposit , slow check in and check out. For only night stay we had to wait to check the room and then refunding deposit After check out we exiting the parking the gate was not opening and we have to wait someone to open . Hotel is making you feel that you trying to steal something or damage very dissapointing service

The room furniture is old, the bathroom cover was broken and unstable, the last 2 days I notice that it has bed bugs that bite me in arms back and legs, the towels were rough and smell funny, I will share only two pictures but other cannot because are in body parts not allowed to show
