ambience of the hotel was very nice & rooms were very comfortable & cozy i had a challenge with the noise of outside some road construction but the staff in night was very helpful they change my room immediately i appreciate the action taken.

had wait for so long for housekeeping items like washroom amenities it was not placed prior to your arrival plus there were no facility to make your coffee in the room had ask for the electric kettle & need to bring your own items to make it houskeeping doesn't seems easy approachable.

Great Location, near to everything, spacious apartment and clean. Staff are all amazing and friendly especially Omar and Marison from the reception.

Adults pool is very quiet and clean.

No music at the adults pool! We got a room at cluster 9, the traffic noise was loud, got no balcony, no garden view or whatsoever, had 2 insects in the bedroom.
