The pool and the beach and the infrastructure, design, halls, entire hotel and rooms are just marvelous

The checkin managers did not support, two of my guests forgot their original hard copies of ID, they made us go home (30kms far) and come back with originals. Everywhere soft copies of photo ids are accepted. This wasted a lot of our time and also spoiled our mood. We eventually checkedin by 9 pm. Although they extended our stay and gave us late checkout next day 6pm. But still the secondary guests with soft copies should be allowed. Primary guest under whose name booking is done, if he is showing original hard copy, that should be enough

Noise from outside bar in our room. Windows do not keep out sound. Leaflet stated that restaurant opened at 1800 but when we got there the host said the restaurant did not open until 1830.
