I enjoyed access to the balcony as we also had rains in Dubai. Staff were very helpful. In particular Mr. Lutful, who was managing the rooms on my floor. The gentleman at the concierge was also very helpful.

The Tv channels were restricted. Should have been more. Toiletries provided were pretty sub standard.

All staff are so accommodating. Though I haven’t tried the welcome cookie yet.😊 The place is superb. Good ambience. Would love to try the swimming pool next time. Highly recommended.

Room was ok for a night stay. The shuttle to the airport works every 30min. The hotel restaurant is great!!

If the price is ok, is a decent place to stay 2-3 nights. Food was good.

The breakfast was the only thing I like it.

The room furniture is old, the bathroom cover was broken and unstable, the last 2 days I notice that it has bed bugs that bite me in arms back and legs, the towels were rough and smell funny, I will share only two pictures but other cannot because are in body parts not allowed to show
