The Location was perfect, easy access to all the amenities, beach clubs and local pubs are at walking distance. Staff welcome was great.. Rooms are not the most modern but are clean and tidy.. smells good... clean linen.. ample towels of different sizes are available. overall I can give a 8.56 Rating to this hotel.

Some Construction Works are going on adjacent to the hotel hence the sound pollution is at high levels.

Its location and swimming pool. Most staff is very nice, especially Lathif in reception, all housekeeping especially Sali, all doormen and bellmen especially Hany.

1. Breakfasts. They’re very limited and same every day. 2. Sauna. One of them wasn’t working and another one was not working properly. We didn’t sweat even after sitting there for 25 minutes. 3. The worst part was the receptionist Pearl. So the first night we had a noise issue. We couldn’t sleep because the kids in the next room were constantly ringing a bell. It was terrible. We called reception in the morning and they said they will transfer us to a different room at 3pm. At 1pm, we called to confirm and they didn’t know about our request. We were annoyed. At 1-2pm we decided to go to reception to check for sure. We asked Pearl if the room will be ready by 3pm. She had no clue about this. She said that they’re full and she told us that she didn’t guarantee us a new room when we came to reception in the morning. We told her that she is confusing us with someone else. We didn’t talk to her in person, we called. That was her first lie. Then she started smiling for no reason. Then she said that there’s a room available and we can go now. We said we need 10-20 minutes to pack our bags. She said why didn’t you pack your bags. We said that reception kept forgetting our request and never confirmed anything. She interrupted us, started smiling again and said ok you can go pack your bags as if we were making an issue out of nothing when actually there was real reason. She lied to us again saying that there was only one available room on 6th floor. When we went there, it was smelling very bad with mold smell. Maintenance staff confirmed it and said there’s nothing to be done. Then, we went to reception and talked to Lathif, a very nice guy who gave us a nice room on 8th floor. That’s how we understood that there was another room available and that Pearl was lying. She showed very disrespectful and annoying behavior. We were so tired after sleepless night and had to stay in hotel to get a room and this is how she treated us.
