Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaThey are stingy with the towels and soap. There were no hand towels, just one bath towel for each of us (2 guests). We asked for more towels, and they brought one hand towel. I later asked for extra towels at the reception and was told they would be sent but they weren’t. The rooms were kind of cold. There was no heat in the apartment,which is probably true for almost all hotels in Bogotá, but the bed just had one comforter. There were no extra blankets in the closets. I woke up several times feeling cold. There was no safety deposit box, though instructions on how to use one were still on the closet door. The soap dispensers in both of the showers have been taken out. No small bars of soap, just a tiny little bottle of liquid soap and another tinny bottle of shampoo. When they did change my towel the second day I still didn’t get a hand towel, just a new bath towel, and the towel for the floor for coming out of the shower was wet, not just a little bit damp. The kitchen looks kind of cute, but you will need to have your own coffee and sugar, which I did. However the kitchen has nowhere to plug in anything. You have to take the coffee maker into your room. I think we paid 788000 COP for two nights. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I have also stayed at their properties by Parque Virrey, and the one that was called Country on Cr 15 close to 85. I think it may have closed during the pandemic. I want this place to be successful, but if the Sheraton across the street is close in price I would probably stay there next time.
The location is perfect. Close to parque 93 and a mixed high end residential area with expensive hotels, nice restaurants,and other affordable options. A very walkable area. The staff was pleasant.

PortugalThe room I got had clear water damage in the bathroom, probably associates with the lack of ventilation (yes, any odors generated in the bathroom will either be saved for later if you keep the door closed, or quickly fill the rest of the room). The shower's water temperature was unstable, quickly jumping from hot to cold during usage. The breakfast was underwhelming with just a handful of options and terrible coffee. The wifi range was bad. My room was on the far east and couldn't get a stable connection.
Good location and price for the value. Attentive staff and comfortable pillows.

United StatesOvercharged 3X for room (make sure you read the receipt, was easy to reverse and didn't seem intentional). WiFi constantly cuts out (max 5mbps when connected). Got stuck in the elevator for an hour. Room key stopped working. Noisy (construction all along street, people party on weekends next door). Kitchen isn't equipped with anything (no cups, silverware, pans, trash can, etc).
Friendly and sweet staff. Bed was exceptionally comfy (might be temperpedic). Room is massive. Feels very luxurious for the price. Water pressure is good in shower. Location is great.
