Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaEverything was okay except for breakfast time. They said breakfast begins at 6, I went down to have breakfast at 6:15 because I had to leave early to the airport and the person in the kitchen yelled at the saying that the buffet wasn’t opened yet so I don’t understand!! After that I decided to leave instead of waiting for breakfast.
The location is good to be able to get to the airport fast.

IndiaThe walls seem to be made very thin. We could hear our neighbors any time they were speaking loudly. A couple of nights we were kept up by their loud sex or partying. I would expect a hotel to have thicker walls. The room also had no AC/heat, so it always felt slightly damp. The shower head was also a little strange.
Great location. The neighborhood feels very safe, and you can get wherever you need from here easily by walking or by taxi. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Good value for the money.

United KingdomAirport shuttle as advertised is not actually available although when I mentioned this to them they said they would update the listing, they were more than helpful in booking a taxi. Wi-fi didnt work but they said they were getting it fixed. The gym could have more variety.
The staff were all amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the bed is super big and comfortable, nice toiletries, room comes with a fridge and a microwave so you be self sufficient

United StatesThere was only one trash can for the room and the bath sink leaked. My room had a street view and was pretty large, enough that made it easy to move around the room, which was nice and more than I expected. The safe in the closet didn't work well and I was unable to open it. The bath towel was good but the hand towel didn't seem much different in texture and quality than the bath mat. My friend's room had a refrigerator, sink and counter top, and small coffee maker whereas my room had a refrigerator with a table over it. At night, the lighting was not really bright enough. They probably don't get many English speaking people there so I wasn't expecting much in the way of television. CNN is different outside of the USA. Sadly, I would have liked to have been able to watch an English-speaking movie but it's an understandable lack relative to the cost of the room, which still seems like a bargain!
Breakfast was small but good. Eggs were cooked to order with several options. The rooms were spotless and the toiletries supplied were of good quality. I've stayed in hotels where the soap looked good but didn't provide much in the way of lather or they didn't load well onto a cloth but Viaggio's shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided was very good. The sheets and pillow cases were really comfortable as well as the mattress.

CanadaI made several requests in writing through the booking app for the airport shuttle and received no response. I even attempted calling the hotel several times before boarding the plane and there was no response. They should check their messages online more often.
Extremely comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and did their best despite the language barrier.
