Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

i love the people who help me , the food adn the family vibe of this amazing place. i love to visit here when i am in colombia. This is just an HIDDEN GEM in LA CANDELARIA. They help you in any need you have, the coffee there is amazing and the international vibe of this place just ROCKS!!

United KingdomThe noise in general woke us up. From our room we hear everything. The woman who used to make the breakfast was literally making a video call super loud before 7.00am and it seemed she was inside the room. There is no towel for the feet so when you get a shower all the floor becomes a swimming pool. When we asked for one they said they didn't have any available.
Great location, simply excellent to move around walking cause it is just right in the old town . Near the museums. The place is very clean and tidy, and breakfast is included. Staff was super helpful with everything, and there is a laundry service right next door.

Very nice hostel located right in the hip Candelaria neighborhood, close to bars and restaurants as well as all the museums and historical sights. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was different each day but always good.

CroatiaI stayed in a tepee where there is only one plug and hard to reach, so definitely they should put some extension cords at least. Everything is relatively open so it gets cold in the night (but they do provide a lot of blankets and covers).
The location and the staff are great. Everyone helpful and always available to chat about the city and the culture, really taking care of their guests :) And the breakfast is great, every day different and freshly made (not the typical tost with half an egg as many hostels have). And the kitchen is clean! :)
