We were in cabana 5 and the noise of the river made it difficult to sleep . This might not be a problem for other people.

The location for access to the national park is excellent, approx 10 minute walk. The food is very good. The pool area is the best I've seen in a hotel.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, my fiancé and I both woke up with sore backs in the mornings.

This hotel is a fantastic place if you’re looking for peace and want to experience nature. The location is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings. The staff and the overall atmosphere were amazing – they were very helpful and always smiling. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. I truly felt welcomed and relaxed here. This definitely won’t be my last visit. I will absolutely come back, and I will also recommend this place to everyone I know.

Beautiful property with very good staff. Pool is stunning with perfect temperature. Food menu is quite large. Rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and privacy. Close to Tayrona entrance.

The location is perfect if you are planning to go to the Tayrona Park. It is only 10 minutes by foot. The rooms and facilities are beautiful and very comfortable. The room was very clean. It is the perfect place to relax before and after visiting the Tayrona Park. The food was delicious and the included breakfast was amazing!

The only problem that we had was that the wifi did not work in our room, but it worked in our kids room so they were happy. Also, the lighting in the hotel room was either full-blast hospital bright or way too dim (since you asked!).

The hotel was gorgeous. The pool area was wonderful, the food was great, breakfasts exceptional. The staff were very friendly though there were not so many who spoke English - but their english was better than our spanish, so we were fine! We had a hammock on our deck over looking the river area and it was very peaceful. We spent some time at the neighboring Senda property which seemed even nicer than Koguiwa, if possible. Their pool view was amazing, though Koguiwa had a great connection to the beautifully clear and refreshing river.

Everything is great. From the friendly people in the reception at arrival, the outstanding cottages, the pool and the menu. Different choices in breakfast, every is kept very clean. It's a big plus that you can spent more time at the pool after check-out at 12.00. They ordered a taxi for us when we arrived at the airport and when we were leaving. Its just a 10 min walk to Tayrona National Park. We would definedly stay her again

Hotel zoragarria. Deskantsatzeko asmoarekin egin genuen erreserba hemen eta aurreikusitakoa baino hobea izan zen guztia. Oso gela erosoa, igerileku ederra eta janari ezinhobea. Eta horren guztiaren gainetik, bertako langileen izaera gizatiarra. Gaixotu egin nintzen eta asko zaindu ninduten guztiek. Aipamen berezia egin nahi nuke Angie (kudeatzaile bikaina) eta Luisentzat (zuhaitz batetik koko bat moztu eta ireki zidan, nik edan nezan). Eskerrik asko guztiarengatik.

The hotel is a little bit secluded, so free water should be offered to guests in my opinion. Otherwise, you just have to make sure to buy water each time you leave the hotel.

This hotel is stunning!! The whole property is beautiful and very well looked after! Despite what other people wrote in their reviews, the food was amazing and we didn’t have any issues with it, so no need to be worried about it! We loved the pool, the tranquility and the atmosphere of the hotel and would definitely come back. Staff is very attentive and friendly. You can reach the tayrona park entrance within 10min of walking, it’s really convenient.

Needs to have a variety selection of coffee drinks, did not have here. All they had was basic coffee.
