Not too much privacy, as all of the rooms have wooden doors which have small « gaps » when you close them. And all of the doors lead to main reception room where the manager sits all the day. So when we were staying in the room we could hear everyone walking or talking at the reception. And I believe people at the reception could hear as as well :) also the location is wrong on the booking and it was really challenging to find the hotel

Sometimes the view is not the expected since the hotel is not in the middle of a forest as you imagine from pictures and you can see some buildings from the gardens and facilities of the hotel, but they are not a burden.

The hotel is very nice and it is well curated, the staff is friendly and very keen to help and ensure your stay is the best possible. The pool area is relaxing and very nice. Food is tasty and there's a lot of variety.

The information about the number of beds in the rooms stated in booking.com wasn't correct. I showed the manager the information we used to book the rooms we needed and she saw that the information given wasn't right indeed. They were very helpful in adding a bed in both our rooms to accommodate everyone. We appreciated this very much of the staff. Sadly, even though the misinformation was their mistake, the owner didn't want to offer a discount to compensate this problem.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our room was gorgeous. The layout of the whole facility is very airy and open. The pool was also beautiful and pristine. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Too noisy, electric grid in the garden

It is an old finca converted to a small hotel. Location is convenient to the airport but unfortunately is too close to the motorway so it is quite noisy. There is one person acting as waiter that is very very nice and does everything to make you feel at home. Very good chevice (actually one of the best in our traveling here)

To be a little improved the choice of snacks for the swimming pool area and the choice of wines . Dishes not even totally matching with the description in the menu (during the dinner it was served a grilled Chicken with soy sauce which was not written in the description of the dish), this should be pointed out at least during the order

The locks for the door of the room look a little weak and sometimes the door was mistakenly open when we think that was closed.

Service was amazing on behalf of all the staff, especially the waiter Orlando, he was very pending of every need that we had. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The food was amazing, delicious and good size. Definitely will recommend this place!!!

The seating area around the pool was not very comfortable, there were sun beds but only benches to eat which is a pity since the patio was lovely a few comfortable chairs would have been nice.

The location is secluded and has nothing in walking distance. There are no ubers in the area- only taxis who will charge you more because you're a tourist (the taxi called by the hotel did not start the meter and charged us an ambiguously high amount). The photos make the hotel facilities look luxurious but the pool was extremely dirty and the backdrop is a busy street and high rise buildings being constructed. The walls are quite thin and we felt that we had to whisper so our conversations were not overheard by other guests; we could hear full conversations of people outside our door. The staff did not speak English.

Good complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious and luxurious.
