Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Exceptional location just one block away from the 93 park and yet surprisingly calm because it is surrounded by office buildings. The staff were very kind, the breakfast buffet was good. The apartment is very confortable.

EthiopiaExhibition of products with price tags in every single bathroom of the apartment. Even though is useful in case you have forgotten something, I found it too much.
The location of the hotel is perfect. A few steps away from 93 park and all the surrounding stores, bars and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. Having an apartment for a family is always a great advantage. The staff on the main desk are always very attentive to all your needs and questions during your stay.

VenezuelaI had some difficulty getting into the bathtub (it is high), but you get used to it.
The location is perfect, the staff extremely nice, the cozy lobby, and many amenities. The room is perfect for long stays, comfortable, and large enough for a 4-member family. The Wi-Fi is good, there are many restaurants around Parque de la 93, and you can walk around the area, which seems very secure. The staff makes you feel at home and knows you by name on the first day. Breakfast is early enough for flights and early risers and very complete.

From the pick up at the airport, to the drop off after our stay, this hotel exceeded all expectations. They truly made us feel at home. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in many years of international travel. The location is perfect, property is fantastic, and the people are the absolute best. We will be talking about our stay here for many years to come, and hope to be back soon. Thank you all!!!
