You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsTaganga was a bit specific. We arrived in the dark and felt a bit uncomfortable, we were then told to only keep the needed cash and Max 1 phone with you when walking in town at night and avoid certain areas. But having kept those things in mind we did really enjoy Taganga, the beaches, the snorkeling and the restaurants on the beach front.
The place is very comfortable, the common area is super nice and we made a lot of use of it. But by far the best thing about the accommodation is Maria! She helped us with so many things, asked everyday what we are planning to do and helped organizing so we were sure to book activities or taxis with the right companies. She even provided us with ailments for our burned skins after a day of snorkeling. She was simply the best!

Czech RepublicSeñora Maria is amazing person with a huge heart. She will go above and beyond to make you feel like at home. She was preparing the best juices from different fruits and aloe vera for me. I got inflammation of my middle ear and she took such a good care of me, I will be forever grateful for that. Her house is located in quite quiet location in Taganga, walking distance from beach. If you ask Mariq can help you rent a scooter ar arrange transport to anywhere for very nice price. House has a nice atmosphere and good sunset view terrace.

Switzerland15 mins away from the beach on a dirt road that the taxi will not go up and charge more for getting as close as possible. Also at night it's barely lit but Iñnotjing happened I think the village is very safe. I changed rooms halfway through my stay and both showers still had sand in there so though the rest of the bathroom and bedroom was clean I guess they don't clean the showers. One of the bathrooms didn't even have a shower head just the pipe. The owner suggested paying by bank transfer as I wanted to avoid the fees of paying by card. She sent me some link which ended up having a higher fee that somehow I still ended up having to pay. Had I known I would have payed cash but at that point I was tired of her attitude and just payed to avoid the hassle. I will point out that legally the owner has to pay the fees but that's a problem in all Colombia. Mostly I didn't like the way the owner treated me as if I were 16 years old and she was my frustrated grandma. I am a 30 and a paying customer of her business and should be treated as such. I was asked to wait longer for breakfast and go sit at a little table in the entrance to not bother the other I guess more important guests on the terrace. She would call for me through the door. It was all just a little strange and unprofessional. I was quite surprised at all the reviews of how helpful and friendly she is as it was frankly not my experience, but maybe she was having a bad week.
Comfortable beds, good AC though the owner will ask you to not use it too much during the day even though I barely used it at night. Good breakfast but not included in the price and only till 9 am though she did twice give it to me at 10 when I asked. She called me a taxi when I left. Really quiet area but if you have the room downstairs with the window to the inner courtyard you'll be woken up by the owner and cleaner and other guests so I'd recommend trying to get the room upstairs as that was really quiet and private.
