The rooms are in need of some upkeep. Though there is a lot of kitchen supplies much it is old and overused.

The location was great, steps away from many local restaurants, bars, and clubs. The staff was all very kind and super attentive, always willing to help with any issues.

Good for the price, not fancy, the apartment an use some TLC the living couches needed repair, the TVs were not plugged in, not easy to use, but overall comfortable. The staff was friendly, the check-in area can use a coat of paint, a touch of updating.

Everything was great!

Location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. The neighborhood is really safe with lots of restaurants and food markets. I'll definitely stay there again when I go back to Bogota.

The washing machine didn’t work, one of the toilets was stopped up before we arrived and remained that way our entire stay, the stove didn’t work properly either , the sheets had a bit of a smell and the mattresses were dirty, the building was very loud at night, overall don’t feel like the price I paid was worth it, and also they had me pay another $600,000COP in cash, for two nights we thought we had already paid for, which was a little sketchy and a bit inconvenient since it came up 2 days before our flight. Overall we end up spending more money staying here with all of the issues I just mentioned. Had to eat out more instead of cook like we planned, had to pay to have our laundry and the sheets we used, washed, since they never replaced the washer they said they were going to. And then the additional charge for the nights that somehow were not charged for right before our flight out.

the place had a bad smell, specially the bathroom in the master bedroom, the towels were stained, the TVs didn't work. the closet doors d9nt work property, samw with the shower door. The place is not kept up.

it was not clean and the amenities were in bad shape and old. Some walls were relay dirty and the place is not like the photos. Overall the place was in bad shape but for a night it was fine.

As far as the facility itself, the only thing I didn't like is we had to leave! Plan your stay there, you will love it!

The room was so nice, so large and so well kept I want to sell my house in the U.S. and stay there forever!

I travel frequently due to conferences or just for pleasure and this has been the worse place I stayed so far. Everything was a disaster. The rooms were not clean, blankets and sheet super dirty, towels were worse than the sheets. Kitchen smelt like something was rotten. The fridge was not working and I asked to fix it and they just removed it from the apartment. I couldn't buy any food and the food I brought the first two days got rotten, they promised me they will fix it and never did. The bathroom and windows are full of mold. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Be aware that this place is close to the airport and it has a lot of noise because of the airplanes. The people who stay in the place is also super noisy, no ones respect the rules of the apartment. Someone nocked at our door one of the days we were there around 2 AM. I give "zero" stars to this place.

there is secure, garage parking on the premise and it is very convenient for the airport and city transport network. it is in a vibrant area with shops, restaurants and bars nearby. felt safe and was great value for money (we had a small apartment). staff really helpful and friendly. easy to communicate with staff and 24 hour reception.

The apartment wasn’t as good as it was described. It had some broken items/furniture that allegedly a previous host had done. The staff were helpful but it felt as if the owner didn’t really want to invest on the property. They also had very long shifts. We didn’t have towels provided, the kitchen wasn’t as described, there was a very basic provision of pots and utensils. It is a shame as it could be a great place. It was quite cheap compared to other places, so I guess we got what we paid for.

The property is in a good location with easy access to local transport routes. There were some issues with the apartment and the staff were ready to try and help, even though they couldn’t do much and seem quite under pressure from the owners

The apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, the big windows give you more natural light. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and jus few blocks from calle 26 and Transmilenio (local transportation system), it is within a walking distance from stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the Modelia Zona Rosa. The staff is very attentive, always give you a smile and are ready to help you with anything you need.

I walkednon bear feet on the flat so i could ser it was not properly moped and clean the floor. For the rest was all clean

Was nice flat and there are a lot of restaurants and bars just around the corner. Very close to airport like 15 minutes ride in a car
