Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesTv didn’t have English channels. I couldn’t even use my Netflix acct because tv was not a smart tv ! Very disappointed No a/c or heat to control temp in room Bathroom was so tight. I couldn’t sit on toilet straight because my knees wd hit wall in front of toilet. And I’m only 5 ft 2 inches tall!!!

SwitzerlandHad a room at the street side for the first night. It was very loud because of the restaurants and bars near by, and a very annoying fighting couple next door. After complaining at the next day, became inmediately a pretty quiet room at the back side. In this one I could hear the neighbours talking and the music they heard, but just over day hours. In the night was quiet.

Our 1st time in Bogota, and this hotel was a great decision. The staff is very friendly and always look out to help... Very happy with the staff. The Cosmos hotel is located to everything you want..Walking distance to Grocery, CVS kind of store, restaurants of all kinds and the UniCenter Mall is 15 min walking... Great place to stay. We will be there again next time we visit.

United StatesThe breakfast buffet drop quality and quantity. Compare with the first time I stayed at the hotel they removed the selection of hams and chesses along with jelly and butter. Also there was only on selection of juices. It was so much better the first time. There is no bartender. We wanted to order some cocktails in the evening and there was no one available to prepare it for us. Were were provided an old drink menu with old prices, they mentioned there menu was out of date. It would be great if the could improve it for future guests.
It was my second stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely polite, kind and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is exceptional. It is my must stay hotel when I travel to Bogota.
