I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Anine helped me a lot organizing my days in Zhangjiajie and booked my tickets to Tianmen mountain. The room was clean and spacious and they offer delicious meals at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much for everything :)

Anine was the most amazing host and we couldn't have planned our trip without her! We arrived late on our first night and she stayed up with us to book our day trip for the following day and gave us loads of information for our trip and about the hotel. When we returned from our trip, she spent another long amount of time helping us plan our next day trip and managed to book us a private driver so we could squeeze in everything we wanted to do in time. Although Anine speaks a small amount of English, she has an amazing translator which helped us communicate really well. The hotel has washing machines and dryers which are complimentary for guests to use too. It's in a great location and walking distance to loads of shops and malls.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. All the staff members tried to do their best to make us feel comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds in the family room! Also, this hotel is located in the center of the city and Starbucks, KFC, and McDonald's are within walking distance. I strongly recommended this hotel!

The location is not easy to be found.

The staff was very friendly and helpful even if they are not english speakers, they were used to translate everything with their mobiles. They helped us to book our visit to Tianmen mountain, they have suggested good restaurants and sites to be visited. The breakfast was good and freshly prepared and finally they allowed to leave our luggages at their place all day since we had our flight in the late evening. I strongly suggest to stay there.

First, i thank Anine who helped a lot in booking all the attractions for my family and guided us in the right way to utilise the complete stay in Zhangjiajie. The hotel has a vintage appeal, located in the prime location with a lot of restaurants. The rooms are good. They offered us a delicious breakfast and the hotel has a washer and dryer.

Good Location. Room was very clean. Boutique type of hotel with very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Girl at the desk Anine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She has organised for me 5 days of activities in all must to see places around Zhangjiajie. And everything was done by Chinese-English handheld translator. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly staff at any hotel. Love the place and highly recommend to anyone traveling on the budget.

Annie at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, even assisting us at 1am after our delayed flight. She patiently helped plan our stay in Zhangjiajie. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place!

There is a sign on the door of your room warning you not to engage in various illegal activities. The fact that the sign is there did make me worry that people may have done dodgy stuff at this hotel in the past.

The hotel was in a convenient location in the center of town, with plenty of access to shops and restaurants. You can also walk down the river front (approx 15 mins walk), which is a pretty place for a stroll during the day and night. For those who don't mind walking, it is also possible to walk to the entrance for Tianmen Shan mountain (35 mins) and to the central bus station from where you can travel to Zhangjiajie National Park (40mins walk). In terms of breakfast, there is only one breakfast option that you can preorder for the morning. When we stayed there, it was eggs, toast, bacon, broccoli, and fruit. It is possible to ask for some tweaks. For example, I am vegetarian so I asked to swap my bacon for an egg. The breakfast is nice, but it is probably cheaper to eat at one of the nearby Chinese breakfast places.

The young lady from the reception is really verry friednly and helps a lot. She explained the best way to visit the national park. Although I planned another order of the trip I folowed her and it was perfect. In the morning she knocked on the door to keep the schedule. Thank You very much.

I am so glad I chose this inn. The front desk was stylish, the rooms had a Chinese feel, and most importantly, the staff was friendly and impressed. When we checked in, they asked us where we wanted to go around and suggested a route for free, in Chinese or English. We planned to visit Forest Park on the first day and Tianmenshan on the second day, and they suggested a slow route that took an hour the day before. It was also very helpful that we could communicate in English since we were Japanese. Thanks to them, we had a fulfilling trip in a short time and I really appreciate it. I recommend this place to stay for sightseeing in Zhangjiajie.

The Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is very cozy and is located in the very center of Zhangjiajie. The manager and the staff are extraordinarily helpful and kind. They helped me with useful information and advice about Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain, tickets, transport and more, and they were very attentive hosts at the hotel. I felt so welcome all the time, and I had a very enjoyable stay.
