Staff were amazing Kevin Gou and Andy Song really made our stay amazing. All of the facilities were great and the breakfast was 10/10 so fresh and great quality.

The shower gel was empty after the first night, and has not been refilled during our stay even though we have requested it at the reception the next morning, to allow them to refill when cleaning the room. Same for the cottons. When we asked for it at night time again at the reception, they told us that it was not available. Finally someone brought us what we needed after half an hour. Service can be improved.

We had requested an extra-bed for our kid, which has been offered free of charge, and it was ready at our late arrival which was appreciated. The room was spacious. To be noted that the hotel is not new. Breakfast is good. Location of the hotel is central and convenient. Nice swimming pool.

Great rooms but starting to showing their date - paint was peeling around the edges of the window in our room. But minor complaint - the value of our room was fantastic.

We had a great stay here. This was the best value for money stay that we had while we travelled China. The breakfast provided was exceptional. Big shout out to Andy and Arthur who worked at the front of the hotel - They were fantastic to talk to and exceptionally helpful.

Old world charm. The happy hour allows you to endulge. Breakfast is overwhelming. Traditional Chi ese food next to all other morsels of enjoyment. The gym is good. And also the swimming pool. The day-food at 15:00 downstairs was a disappointment, though.

Wifi could be better. Also, TV was smart but I was unable to follow instructions to cast since it was in Chinese.

Location was good, inside walls, not too far from Bell Tower and Muslim quarter. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is in a gated compound of 5 or 6 Accor properties, so finding the right building was a challenge for my taxi driver, as all the properties seem to have the same street address, but with different names. The different hotel buildings are numbered, but you don't figure that out until after you get there.

My flights were delayed and I ended up arriving much later than expected (in fact in the early hours of the morning), but checking in at that time was no problem. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of Western and Asian options, which changed daily.

My recent stay at the Sofitel Xi’an On Renmin Square was truly exceptional. It was my first time bringing my parents to Xi’an, and our stay of 4 nights and 5 days was memorable and comfortable. We chose the Junior Suite with a king bed, and the room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and well-appointed, featuring several essential items like a coffee machine and multiple water bottles. The bathroom was luxurious, with both a shower and a bath, and the convenience of having two toilets was greatly appreciated. Breakfast on the first floor was a delightful experience. The buffet included a variety of local foods with great flavors and a selection of international dishes. The highlight of our stay was the afternoon tea offered to guests in the Junior Suite. From 3:30 to 5 pm, we enjoyed a selection of teas, coffees, snacks, and amazing cakes. Evenings at the hotel were just as delightful. Starting at 5:30 pm, there were delicious food and drink offerings, including cocktails, martinis, wine, and beers. The spread featured sushi, shrimp dumplings, pork steak, sausages, fish, vegetables, and mushrooms, all of which were delicious and well-prepared. The staff at Sofitel Xi’an were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home throughout our stay. My parents, who are 70 years old, particularly enjoyed the hospitality and comfort provided by the hotel. Their enjoyment was the highlight of our trip. Overall, our experience at Sofitel Xi’an On Renmin Square was outstanding. The excellent amenities, delicious food, and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an.

The breakfast could have more variety, but the staff was nice.

The room was very good and large. The location is great, in the center. The staff speak English and was very helpful, a special thanks to Andy and the concierge, I do not know the name, they were always asking for our needs and helping.
