We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere is not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants, coffee shops but this is to be expected from an airport hotel.
Excellent service. It was really good that the reception staff spoke fluent English. Clean hotel, really good size room and bathroom. Nice bedlinen and towels. All toiletries you need. Very punctual and reliable free shuttle service from and to the airport. 10 mins drive to the airport. I really appreciate that we could leave some of our luggage with the hotel for a few days while we travel light and this was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel.

Amazing place for a night before early flight or if arriving late. Would not recommend if not using for airport as there is no other reason to be in this area. Such a comfortable bed. Free shuttle to and from airport so helpful. Breakfast very nice. Drink on arrival. Really friendly staff.

AustraliaUnfortunately, only a service station is nearby in walking distance, with Little Ceasers (pizza) & Subway available. Otherwise, you are stuck with the hotels restaurant & their prices, which are expensive.
Pickup & dropoff from the airport was provided by the hotel. Room was immaculate, very comfortable bed, fully stock toiletries, coffee & water provided in room.

AustraliaThe pick up from the airport. I didn't find the directions to find the shuttle service very clear and I cannot be sure there was one. We ended up getting scammed by a taxi driver.
The staff were helpful and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. We didn't stay long as we were moving on the next afternoon but we were impressed with the internal facilities and made full use of all that was offered. I loved having the coffee maker in the room. It was also safe as there was a guard on the gate.

United States of AmericaThere was a younger guy working the desk the next morning, did not want to be helpful with the remarks a previous employ said it was ok to do a late check out at 2 pm. He insisted that we have to check out at 1pm . My partner came up to the counter and said look in the notes the guy had made the night before. Seems he was on a POWER EGO trip or something. One bad apple does not spoil a bunch and will stay at La Quinta again.

The food in the restaurant is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is Much better than the holiday inn at the airport and worth the transfer and much cheaper too

La Quinta far exceeded my expectations. The rate was great, so was expecting a very basic airport hotel, and wasn't phased as it was a place to sleep while transiting. But after an excellent shuttle service pick up, I was only further pleased with the standard of the hotel when I arrived. Fabulous huge room, big comfortable bed, large bathroom... and coffee machine to top it all off! Highly recommended for a transit in Santiago.
