They advertised in their brochure that you had fresh flowers on arrival, but they said they didn't offer this.

Loved the location right on the beach and the walk along the beach to the Pacific resort hotel where we could use the facilities. The villas were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. My husband had a medical episode at 4am so I went to the hotel and they gave me an escort to the hospital. Their kindness was overwhelming.The staff were so lovely and rang most days to see if everything was ok. They gave us free wifi for the room and at the Pacific hotel which was good. Muri beach is probably the nicest part to stay on the island as it overlooks a couple of islands and is a very pretty spot with a coffee shop, supermarket and fast food restaurant over the road and others within walking distance.

Couldn’t swim at beach at property too rocky and shallow.

Clean property great comfy bed, private and very quiet, perfect to get over jet lag. Pool was not heated but refreshing. Had wonderful staff especially Anna and Vai.

Beds are very soft (yeah, first world problems but still not good for backs).

Great location on the outer edge of Muri beach, where the water is clearer. Great snorkelling- saw turtles and rays straight out from the resort. Bit of an effort to get out to the good swimming at low tide though. We had a 3 bed, 2 bath standard Villa. Quiet and private, plenty of space.

The location is the best spot on the island. There are a couple of shops across the road and a coffee cart plus a fantastic bar with sensational food about 300m aways. Walk straight into the lagoon and snorkeling with fish in under 20 seconds. Wi-Fi is really expensive in Cook Islands with Vodaphone and the accommodation has unlimited for 5 devices which is great.

V unhappy about the 5am return transfer to the airport for a 9am flight. Was told this was because the bus did multiple pick ups…in reality it was a small mini van and it was just us (family of 4) and another couple who were already in the van when it arrived at 5am. The airport was CLOSED when we were dropped off…Stupidly early start for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Would advise anyone staying there to book their own taxi and not let the villa/resort book it for you.

Not really made clear that this is entirely self catering AND has no included housekeeping - so it really is just like renting a villa on Airbnb, it isn’t really a hotel. Staff at the connected hotel also ‘forgot’ to pick us up a couple times when we ordered a shuttle and were waiting outside by the road

The couches were a tad uncomfy, and there was no pantry to protect our food.

The hosts were amazing - friendly, kind and went over and above. The room was clean and well located - with easy check in and check out.

Would be nice for the price to have housekeeping, the floors always felt sandy, which put sand in the bed etc. We didn't use our pool much as it was really exposed to the winds and was really cold, the ocean was warmer, so that was a waste for us.

Location was great, right on the beach, shops across the road, spacious rooms. Loved the deck and outside area. Nice big bathroom, comfy beds. The concierge service was amazing.

I think the villa/s should be fumigated regularly. We were unable to leave anything on the bench in the kitchen without it being infested with ants.

Everything was provided for, reception staff checked in with you before closing to see if you needed anything...Everything about this place was amazing.

The ladies in the spa were lovely, however I think the massage was not up to par with a 5 star spa. I have my own and would suggest more training in massage to make it a truly memorable experience.

The property was absolutely stunning and the staff were so fun, kind and helpful. They were there to help with anything we needed. Especially loved Razia and Cody.

Front Desk was open and the staff were amazing and welcoming! Beautiful reception area and very helpful staff to walk us through the checkin process, anything we needed to know and offering to help with anything we needed.
