The breakfast could really do with some more variety. There was an egg shortage during our stay which didn't help. Some gluten free bread and some savoury options would be great. I struggled with the thick pillows, I guess that is personal and everything is in New condition.

Beautiful resort, big beautiful room with spacious balcony. Amazing planting, super clean, friendly staff, free WiFi. Loved the beach, spotted whales during a spectacular sun set. Good snorkeling as well!

If there was one issue of the control of the resort it was the mosquitos in the laundry. But the island has them so it’s unavoidable.

We had the best time staying here! The ladies were exceptional to liaison with and we had no issues what so ever. The beach was incredible to swim in/laze around reading in the hammocks. We honestly could barely fault the place. Good location and amazing sunsets!

Loved the tropical gardens setting and both pools were amazing. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Beach was beautiful and got to see some whales pass by with a lovely cocktail in my hand. Nice quiet resort and room was immaculate. Will definitely be back.

The front desk staff are amazing, the accommodation is fantastic. The pool is phenomenal. There’s a restaurant on site. The managers are lovely and friendly and helpful. The location is prime cannot wait to come back one day!!

The resort managers were very caring and helpful. Nothing was a bother and supported those that really needed it. Definitely returning next year The resort was always very clean and presentable. A pleasure to stay here

We had a garden room which didn’t get any sun, this was hard to dry clothing items. There is a dryer available but you have to wait for it to finish before heading out. Our next stay we would book a beach view unit that got the sun. Not a big issue.

Location is great close to the main town part, staff are all very friendly and helped with booking activities.

Everything was lovely. Maybe you could provide some kayaks/snorkelling masks for guests to use.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly & helpful. We had an upstairs room which overlooked the pool - so private. Two pools to choose from (both colder than the lagoon but refreshing). Breakfast is included - cereals, fruit & toast. Handy to have Anchorage Restaurant on site. We really appreciated having the shower/bathroom facilities by the Birdcage Bar so we could still go snorkelling after checkout - very thoughtful (no extra charge) The sunset viewing area was lovely with Cape Cod chairs or sunloungers available. The reef is quite close here so easy to see lots of rejuvenated coral and a great variety of fish (only attempt near high tide though).

The staff were amazing, so warm and helpful. The restaurant staff at Anchorage went above and beyond and are such a great asset for the resort. The reception staff were super helpful and they had amazing facilities you could use with early or late check outs. Beautiful grounds, rooms very well cleaned and presented. Two pools by lovely gardens the family enjoyed and awesome hammocks and beach front setting. Definitely plan on coming back soon. Far and away better than other resorts we stayed at in Raro.

The breakfast options were disappointing, there was not enough fresh fruit. Only ate at the restaurant once as was very disappointed by the food and cocktails. Was expecting fresh fruit cocktails not cocktails made with cordial..we are in the pacific. The food was very average was expecting better given what I had seen online.

The room was comfortable and clean, the pool and beach front were amazing and lovely to relax. Staff friendly and helpful. Very private and quiet was a great place to relax and would definitely recommend and return.
