The food was okay but lacks fresh fruits and veggies, and some of the seafood didn't taste so fresh. Also, there was a wedding one night which was nice, but while we were swimming in the water the manager shouted to us that we need to get out of the water in 30 min which was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at muri beach club hotel. The location is superb, just on the sea, and it's the best beach on that side of the island. The staff is so nice! They knew our name and were super kind. We got served food and drinks to our beach chairs and it was great.

I think a foot mat outside the doors or one immediately inside the door leading to the beach would be helpful as we stepped straight onto tiles. There was a bowl of water by the door leading to the beach which we used but still a mat would be useful. The hotel provided room slippers which was great.

Lovely breakfast and a very nice dinner on our arrival night. The staff were super friendly and very helpful explaining everything along the way. For us it was a stopover night, I wish we’d spent a few nights there. We also liked the skincare products supplied in the room and all the decorative fresh flowers in our arrival day.

Maybe a few more deck chairs on the beach and the cushions that go with the deck chairs were a bit tired, maybe need replacing soon. That's the only thing we can think of.

Location was excellent. Staff were awesome, friendly, relaxed ever helpful, nothing was a problem. The food and cocktails were great, we will be back to this accommodation.

We had to come home... :D In reality, the jungle fowls (local poultry) were loud, and it is an inconvenience everywhere in Raro, so don't forget to bring your earplugs (if you forgot, it is okay, because the hotel has ear plugs).

We (and everybody else at the same time) got a complimentary hot breakfast because the buffet selection was low (seasonal problem with fruits, veggies, etc.). Muri Beach is the most fantastic location. Snorkelling in the lagoon is a must. The staff is fantastic, and you MUST go for a massage. Linda is the best.

The smiley cherry wonderful staff really made this resort . The location was outstanding .. we had a beachfront room which made all the difference.. Enjoyed the onsite Spa … and the treatments were awesome… Would definitely stay here again

All of the staff were really friendly & made a point of remembering and using my name at each interaction, which was lovely. Breakfast was included and in addition to the usual cereals, fruits, meats/cheese was a complimentary cooked option which changed daily. Bed was comfy & whilst the bathroom is starting to look its age the room it was fully functional and was kept absolutely spotless daily by the housekeeping staff - I don't recall finding a room so well cleaned before! I had a ground floor beach front room with a small deck leading onto the sand of Muri Beach. In fact I could look out at the lagoon from my bed. A nice touch was the foot bowl on the edge of the deck to remove sand before going into the room. Fast internet included with no issues!

The only thing, and which is probably not possible to change, is there are no insect screens on the windows or sliding door on the balcony side of the room.

We chose a Deluxe Beachfront Double Room for the view, and we were not disappointed! Simply gorgeous outlook, with a balcony on which to enjoy it too. The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and modern. We loved having the option of breakfast at tables on the sand or in the dining room with views out to the lagoon. The swimming pool is sheltered from any wind, which makes it a great place to sit and read, relax and swim, with drinks and snacks on offer by the nearby bar staff. We made use of the free kayaks available for guests.

Bed was too soft for me. I am 73kgs. Toilet flush button was broken.

Great view from the room - welcome drink on arrival and complimentary cocktail & canapés each day at 3pm, which we weren't expecting. Hotel is in an ideal location with beach access. Snorkelling was fab just outside the hotel.

The whole experience really. Right from email prior to arrival for transport options - to check in- to a wonderful breakfast experience every morning. Loved how wonderful, friendly, and caring all the staff were. Great massage at the spa. The pool was great, long enough to swim lengths. Great location on the lagoon. Very clean. We will recommend to anyone considering going to Rorotonga.

We had the most amazing week stay here! Great happy staff, made u feel like home. Clean & tidy & turned our beds down every night. Great outlook at lagoon & good for swimming, snorkelling etc and within walking distance of the night markets. Happy hour was also great! Can’t wait to come back :)

Highly attentive staff which make you feel at home. They knew my name and dietary requirements which made eating so easy. Facilities were great, including all the free water sports equipment.
