Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything, Catherine and Tai (the hosts) were so lovely and the place is a home away from home with everything you need. Not beach front but has its own access just down the drive to your private bit of the beach which is amazing.

The facility, the location I would say everything that we really needed for our vacation. So close to Muri where the beautiful beach is, cafes, restaurants, night markets and many other shops. Koka lagoon cruise and Captain Tama cruise and so on. Property is spacious just right for my family.

Really well equipped villa with super-friendly welcoming host. Was wonderful to have the plunge pool and aircon on the sunny days and the big fancy TV came in handy on rainy days. My son loved being able to kick his ball around the open fields surrounding the villa. The beach you can access from the property has best snorkelling on the island and "Charlies" - the best-priced family friendly restaurant is just a short walk away.

United StatesIf you are looking for a place with a view, then this is not it. You will not get to look out at the ocean from your deck each morning with a cup of coffee in your hands. However, we walked the 100 meters or so to the beach front several times with our morning coffee in hand (or our adult beverage in the afternoons) for our ocean viewing fix.
The accommodations were excellent! Of all the locations we have stayed at, the villa was absolutely one of the best. Catherine was very helpful and friendly. The soaking pool was really nice after a day of adventure on the island.

New ZealandBeautiful property with an amazing plunge pool! Used it almost daily. The villa itself was clean and tidy and has everything you need. Was super quiet the whole time I was there, and on clear evenings it was nice to stand outside and look up at the stars. Cath was fantastic and reached out every few days to make sure everything was okay. I’ve already recommended the property to everyone I’ve spoken to about my trip to Rarotonga. Can’t wait to come back!

It was such a bonus to have Kiva ( their pet cat) and Mika (dog) at our villa. So beautiful! Fresh fruit watermelon, pawpaw and passionfruit available at the property!
