I think it is too old and too small room.

On Booking it said they had air conditioning. Well there was no air con. They said they only have some kind of cooling system for the whole building. But as it was 35 degrees outside a cooler temperature in my room would have been nice. As I expected.

It was modern and the bed was quite comfortable.

The main problem was that we had trouble reaching the entrance of the hotel, as it is located in the middle of many construction sites. There were no clear instructions on how to reach Ibis before our stay so we strolled for around 20 minutes until we got to its door. The bathroom and the room, in general, could be bigger and the view could be better than a parking place and construction sites around. Hopefully, other rooms have a view of some green.

The Ibis hotels provide their clients with some standards. The furniture is good and modern, the room was quiet and the bed and the breakfast are as always excellent. The restaurant is nicely decorated still comfortable and pleasant to sit and relax. The hotel was clean.

I had two rooms and one of them the AC was not working.

Three things we didn't like; 1) The bed sheets were stained with small blood stains that weren't ours. To be fair we didn't inform the cleaners, however, the stains could be easily seen and we expected to have our sheets changed the following day. 2) There isn't much to do near the hotel. The benefit of the hotel is that within 15 minutes you arrive at the airport, but other than the airport, there is not much to see since it's located in the outskirts. 3) We knew Switzerland was expensive but to order a Margherita from the restaurant and get a pizza from the ones you buy at the supermarket and have to pay more than CHF 20, I saw it a bit too much.

The room was nice, had all the necessities, very close to the airport and 15 minutes walk away from the station. The staff were super helpful. Should you decide to ride a shuttle bus to the airport, the hotel offers this service, all you need is to inform the staff beforehand.

Dinner... the so called eggplant parmigianno was just small slices of overcooked eggplant in a plain tomato sauce, and it all tested as if it could have come out of a tin. The beer was good.

Ease of access to airport and to city via the tramway, with very easy clear instructions from staff member. It was just what I needed for a rest between two ten. hour flights!

It was nice, just a bit overpriced for the property. Breakfast was not so nice for the price.

The staff at reception were not friendly. The room was small, and the decor was dated. The bathroom and shower was tiny. The blowdryer provided was poor. We had to use the same product for hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. Needless to say, toiletries provided was poor.

We booked this accommodation to be near the Hallenstadion for a show. It was close to a bus stop and train station.

The location near the airport is super convenient but therefore dont expect anything more than Swiss offices as your neighbours.

Staff gets the job done but they are not particularly welcoming. It's linked to pricing in Switzerland, but the price per night is way too high for what you get.

Gets the job done when in need of a place to spend the night. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and if, like us, you find yourself having to attend Hallenstadion, then it is perfectly located.

Noticed immediately the towels had 2 thick black hairs on them. Room was extremely warm. shower leaked & had mould spots in the silicone. Price of food & drinks very expensive. Ie bottle of water 5.50chf-10.00chf! however there is a coop a 5 minute walk where the same bottle is under 1chf. expected drinking water to be provided in the room. only 2 small towels provided (not good if your washing your hair!) Parking is limited & unable to reserve a place. we were lucky & got a space. 25chf for 24 hours. Coffee from bar & at breakfast bitter & not nice. Breakfast choice not good. eggs cold & hardly much choice. unless you like bread & croissants

The breakfast was too pricey for the variety offered, especially that it was self service.

The staff at reception were very friendly and patient with all visitors and the lady who was checking us in offered us Accor membership which comes with amazing benefits such as free car parking! Also, the car park was outside but gated which was perfect for us as we have a big car.
