Was close to the service elevator and could hear movement/noise for the morning lie in… That was the only negative.

We were generally impressed by the hotels moves towards sustainability, however much more needs to be done in particular in terms of catering- the breakfast buffet was very nice however we were shocked about the amount of waste that many of the guests left - we have stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels that are looking to address this situation by providing smaller plates- which prevents the unnecessary loading of plates and the resulting waste. Speaking to reception, it was suggested that this would not be received well by certain guests, however having witnessed no such complaints at hotels that have implemented such measures, we feel that this is something that should not be a concern! Food waste is a major environmental issue and all businesses within the hospitality sector should make all efforts to address this regardless of class of hotel or type of clients they have staying with them !

A very nice hotel in a fantastic location to discover Zurich! Customer service was excellent throughout and the facilities were very good. The bedroom was a very good selection size and the bed very comfortable

Room cleaning service was bad first day it was okay but second it so bad didnt even clean the room properly and all used stuff are not properly refill. I

The quality of the hotel vs the pricing was a bit too far apart. We paid more than $400 for one night without breakfast...

Great location - a few stops away from the city center. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. The staff was friendly and attended to us quite fast. the restaurant downstairs had a good dinner too.

No water bottles in the room neither complementary or paid, No intercom service to reach reception.

Sofa bed for the kids wasn’t done even though staff were very quick to come and do it and apologised. Unlike the staff in French Novotel the night before where we had to ask the member of staff who was reluctant to come and do it and even told us that it was easy to do it ourselves.

This is a practical hotel suitable for families, with a good location just a few steps from Tram Station. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options available.

The two beds combined to create a king-size bed keep shifting, causing discomfort. My arm got caught and slightly injured while sleeping. This issue needs to be addressed.

Bathroom was too small, and the shower was not pointing in the right direction, making it very hard to use. This hotel is not located close to any tourist attractions, so you have to take a tram or a train to get everywhere. Therefore, it's not ideal if you are in Zurich for a holiday.

The hotel pool was great. It wasn't too big, but we had a lot of fun. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was worth the money, especially since kids can eat for free. The rooms were a good size.

Not easy to get in touch with Reception or Room Service. No room service available. Bathroom was a bit cramped. The design of the shower causes water to splatter around the bathroom.

The suite was very comfortable for a family of 3. Room was very clean and the arrangements were adequate. The staff was very helpful in storing our luggage and being flexible with our check-in time as well. Very easy access to the tram from the hotel. I recommend this hotel for short to medium length stays.

Room was good size - family of 4 fit perfectly. Location at the tram line was easy for getting to the Main Train station but still quiet. breakfast was very nice with lots of options but was very very expensive - only good thing was kids eat it free.

All was perfect. The pool could have been warmer and bigger to my taste but was all good.

Location ideal, close to the tram to go to the center, walking distance to the tadium - PERFET! The staff very helpful and kind. They did all to make us feel good.I will come back definetly.
