We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHad some trouble with a lost towel which I had rented; presumably another guest took it. And some lost earplugs. Sadly felt like everything needed to be locked up even though the room I was in only sleeps four people. Bit of a walk from town too but buses every 30 mins help if not too early/late.
Clean and pleasant. Food was good. Staff friendly on the whole and looking to help out, including preparing me a nice early breakfast. Incredible views from the eating area, room and communal area balcony.

IranThe location is great. However, if you arrive later than 18:45, there is no vehicle to get you to the hostel. So, in such a case, you have climb up high-dip uphills to reach the hostel. Just anyone who wants to go to this hostel should be careful about SBB trains and local buses schedule. For me, although I already informed the hostel for the late check in, nobody told me the mentioned transfer limitation.
The hostel was very clean, classy, with great staff and facilities. You have whatever you want during your stay. Great breakfast is also included. And it is a good place for those who want to find friends and make their trip more enjoyable.

AustraliaThe floors are absurdly squeaky. This is difficult in a hostel given that there are various people staying in the same room and getting up at different times. It's incredibly difficult to sleep through it.
Beautiful view and breakfast was great - we also paid for dinner one night that was great value for money.

There are many places to have a breakfast and it is located in the center of a Zürich so there was no problem finding good food and coffee.

Singaporethe location was hard to get to as the property has mentioned its up a slope. there is a bus which runs every 30-60 minutes but the last bus is quite early at around 7pm. not a big issue, but just something to be aware of and work your schedule around if you dont want to walk up! also, as it was summer, when you open the doors to the balcony or the windows there's a tendency to get insects flying into your room.
lovely mountain view from the room, which opens into a balcony. due to the location it feels very quiet and peaceful. the included breakfast was great as well. rooms, toilets and showers are spacious. although do note that soap, shampoo, towels are not provided. i also had to pay a deposit for a hairdryer to use, so other toiletries may be available as well! the staff were very friendly and accomodating to any questions/requests
