The location is just in front of the bus station. (The latest bus is around 6.30 p.m. departure at the Grindelwald Terminal) The view is amazing. The staff members are kind. They were all willing to answer my questions.

MalaysiaNo lift. You need to carry all your luggage using the stairs. We got back pain because of this things. So if you have heavy or many luggage be careful. Stairs going up to the room not easy.
The location of the hotel in grindelwald but it's located at the end of the road of grindelwald. The last stop for the public bus. The breakfast was good and got free parking.

Great location as far up the valley towards Grosse Sheidegg as you can drive - away from the noise and tourists in Grindelwald. Good value for money and friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant. Wonderful view out of our window.

NetherlandsAs hotel guest I had to wait over 20 minutes to be served a drink on the terrace, while other guests arrived and were helped immediately. Signaling to staff wasn't noticed. Flies at outside dinner.
Location, view from (huge window in) the room and from the terrace, Beds were good. Good breakfast, Friendly staff. Free parking.

Very basic with dirty and ripped curtains (they said the already bought new curtains) Breakfast - again, very basic, especially by European standards Staff - hit or miss. Some nice and helpful, others pretty dry

Really good place with nice views. Bus in front of the hotel and they give us a card for free bus rides to Grindelwald and other discounts of the region, like the Firstbahn. The room was very big, with two floors that have a sofa and a other bed in the superior floor. Nice staff.

Right on the course of Via Alpina. I booked a single bed in a dormitory and got a double bed in an empty dormitory, lucky! Free bus to Grindelwald.

We much preferred the location being a bit outside Grindelwald, with lovely hikes in the surrounding mountainside. Buses stopped right outside so it was easy to get into town. We enjoyed the breakfast.
