This was our second stay here as it is a lovely comfortable hotel for a week’s ski holiday. The staff are all very friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Great breakfast and a regular shuttle to the Flims cable car. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight.

Despite the great value for money the room was pretty small and a bit cramped for 1 person. There was also a strong male transpiration smell upon arrival and check-in the room, not sure whether that was the previous guest but anyhow the rooms must be properly ventilated and the housekeeping should address such smells. The spa facilities were relatively small and gets quickly packed late afternoon when everyone returns from skiing ; the pool didn't have the best design (rather looks like a small olympic/training pool rather than a 4* hotel pool..), but the massage was great and the Nescens products selection nice. The indoor parking was also a bit small and not ideal to manoeuver when one comes with a big car/SUV, not really worth the 12.- a day that is billed for parking (for comparison Films Waldhaus hotel nearby doesn't bill any parking fees to its clients..).

Charming vintage and picturesque hotel that is now part of the Michel Reybier hospitality group (owner of La Reserve). Located in the upper part of Flims town, the location is ideal as quiet and calm yet not too far away from the action of the city center and the slopes. In winter, a shuttle service from/to the main gondola is included in the guests' stay. Delicious breakfast that features plenty of fresh options. Nice library area to have a tea or an apres-ski aperitivo, great wine list and good addition of La Muna, the famous japanese/peruvian restaurant from La Reserve Zuerich. Staff is lovely and very helpful, from the housekeeping to the car valets and the waiters. Stayed over New Years and overall great value for money in comparison to other resorts in the neighborhood.

The Adula is truly wonderful - - quiet location, comfortable rooms, great spa and big swimming pool, excellent helpful staff, fantastic breakfast buffet. Couldn't wish for a better hotel!

People bringing a dog should be mindful of the €25/day charge. The vegetarian restaurant menu did not clearly list allergens.

Very soft and flat pillows. Our fault for not asking for extra, which I am sure we would have received without an issue. At the same time, it would have been nice if there were some additional ones in the room. The hotel was extremely busy during our stay and breakfast area was packed with people. It was clear that staff there could be better organized and more efficient.

Really lovely hotel, we had a family suite which was a good size and beautifully decorated. Good breakfast and lunch. We also ate in the vegetarian restaurant which was delicious. Great outdoor pool. Whole hotel really clean and lovely friendly staff. We will definitely be returning!
