Breakfast was very busy so took a while to be served.

The room with balcony , very nicely decorated, comfortable bed and air conditioning. We had dinner in the restaurant and there was a good choice available. Pool and spa area very relaxing.

I am a bad sleeper and there were a couple of things that spoiled my night sleep: the pillow, which was not very comfy and a periodic noise which was coming from outside and was not able to identify where it came from.

The hotel is fabulous. Breakfast is great. It offers great choices for dinner as well.

Nothing to complain about!

Superb look and feel throughout very good equipment with indoor pool wellness center and sauna. Public rooms well decorated. Room was equally impressive by size, decoration, cleanliness and comfort. A nice balcony overlooking the river and nearby forest with a splendid show of flowers. Attentive staff and good choice of food. July is not high season so area was unusually quiet!!

All the ataff were friendly. N we arrived at 9pm from luceren which was pass the dinner time as we booked the hotel room with breakfast and dinner. The receptionist and restaurant manager were very helpful n waited for us so we cld hv our dinner. Food was delicious. Room and facility was clean n well kept. This is the best hotel we have stayed in swiss so far.

The aircon ran cold then humid but fortunately it wasn’t necessary to use it much.

Lovely modern alpine decor, fantastically comfy (firm) beds and lovely spa/wellness area. Dinner menu was comprehensive and varied and provided excellent vegetarian options.

The staff was very helpful and prompt. They picked us up and dropped us to station on a short notice of arrival. beautiful views from balcony. high-class accessories in the bathroom. very neat and clean and well mantained. excellent breakfast layout. loved our stay there.

We loved the wee extras such as coffee and cake in the lounge, the toblerone in the evening, and the extras provided in the room! The breakfast was amazing! Thank-you. There was everything, and it was all good quality. The spa was lovely! Just needed after hiking! The staff were lovely, especially the ladies at reception, who helped us far more that the tourist office!

The bed was a little hard for us but the room overall was comfortable, very clean and well thought out.

Loved the location, amenities, decor, the little touches and healthy options for breakfast. The sauna and hot tubs were the perfect way to end a day of adventures!

The bed and the bed sheets could be a little more comfortable. This would be our only small complaint we have but it seems these type sheets are used throughout Switzerland.

One of our favorite places we have ever stayed!! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was amazing, and the amenities were top notch. We ate at the hotel multiple times not including the free breakfast and even spent one night in the cigar lounge (and I am not a big cigar smoker.) The atmosphere was perfect. The hotel is in an ideal part of town and it seems they thought of every little detail a person might need. One prime example is the heated rack in the bathroom to dry your bathing suits, towels, etc. Would highly recommend!!!

this isn’t necessarily a dislike but the hotel wasn’t on the Main Street and the saunas were all nude. both those things can be negatives for people but it was fine for us.

The hotel was amazing! we only stayed a weekend but loved the great breakfast and sauna facilities. the spread for breakfast was huge and varied. the room was very comfortable, ours even had a view of the Matterhorn so we saw it a bit when the clouds parted. the staff at the hotel were all very friendly too. I liked that the rooms and a backpack you could use for hiking. and the sauna of course was lovely and relaxing. the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main city street.

Hotel staff made our stay. They were so accommodating to us as vegetarians and Martin from the hotel restaurant went above and beyond to make vegetarian friendly meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

was in room 101 and could hear the music from the bar , like in our room. not normally an issue as it stopped by about 10.15 and was offered alternative accommodation and all was well .

As it is a spa area there should be a little more control over children, whilst the hotel rules say children must be accompanied this does not get checked and we had several under 12's alone bombing in the pool. Most days everyone left when they came in. So a member of staff should be able o ask guests to behave.

The room is spacious with good shower and balcony with view. Spa area is excellent and very clean offering drinks and snacks. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Bar in the evening friendly.
