Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIf you want a convenient location, this apartment can't be beat. It's within easy walking distance (minutes) of the main shopping areas, the tourist information center, the lake, trails, the train station and the Leaning Tower of St. Moritz. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony to the sound of the waterfalls. Gregor Bednarski, the host, goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

SwitzerlandGreat location in the middle of the city center. The flat contains all the amenities that you need during your stay. In addition, you have the possibility to visit the pool and sauna, if desired. The view from the flat is lovely too. A great plus was the parking facility just downstairs the flat.

RussiaThe location is perfect—right in the center of St. Moritz, near the ski lift. Parking was a bit complicated, but it's right in the building (same as a ski room) The room itself was bright, and everything needed was there. The kitchen is well-equipped. The room has a nice terrace with a view of the city and waterfall. The bed was a bit smaller than I expected; however, it was convenient, and I slept well. Also, there is a pool and hamam on the 2nd floor, and once we stayed at the apartment, we were lucky to be there completely alone (like a private spa, ahah). Additional thanks to the host, Gregor, who was very kind and was always there for me if i had questions. He was also kind enough to offer an earlier check-in and later check-out. And many thanks for the Apple and Android chargers in the room. I forgot my cable, and this small thing saved me and made my stay just perfect. And one more thing: I would highly recommend to add more photos on booking, especially one where you can see bed and wardrobe

AustraliaA tip for English speakers - You need to look for the sign ‘Vaudoise’ that is the entrance. If you stand on the street and look up towards the waterfall the entrance is on the right.
Location was great - very central - an easy walk from the station (uphill). The apartment is small but very attractive. There is a full kitchen and a shared, paid washing machine on the first floor. The sound of the waterfall helped us sleep.
