Beds and pillows, which are way too soft.

We liked the location closed to Wildersmil train station allowing us to go for hikes easily. Bonus point to the management who prepared a nice and complete take away breakfast while we had to check out very early the day of our departure.

If there are noisy guests just above the room who use their heavy shoes while walking around, we can really hear their footsteps. It was difficult to sleep.

Having a car, I like the location with ample parking spots. We also liked the facilities. We can cook and also do our laundry. We have to pay CHF5 per machine (washing machine and dryer). Also great breakfast for us.

There’s no AC and opening the window will invite bugs inside the room. An electric fan would be a good alternative at least to keep the air circulating inside the room.

The hotel is a good option definitely. Location is good. It is a 15 min walk to Interlaken West station, and 30 mins to Interlaken Ost It will require a bit of walk uphill and downhill, but definitely worth it because the surrounding area is nice. Breakfast option is good. Staff is generally helpful and provides good assistance. The kitchen and washing machine facilities are good to have. The hotel is definitely a worthy option.

Access to the train station. Need to take a bus that comes around every 30 minutes. But to get to the bus, you have to walk through a forest. It wasn’t a problem in the morning walking with 5 people, but at night, it was a big problem. We had to take a taxi every night as well as when we arrived with luggage and we checked out.

Entire top floor, was clean and more spacious than it looks in the photos. Full kitchen for cooking, washing machine and laundry room. Located 20min walk from town but knew this booking late, have choice to walk to both Interlaken West or Wilderswil train /bus stations.

Guests in room above us were noisy late into the night and esrly in the morning.

For friends who did not want a double bed, the twin bed and duvet situation did not quite work. The beds were too close together and the duvets were too large for singles .

The bathroom had a musky smell. We had a car so no issues with the location but I imagine it could be inconvenient for those without.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from any form of public transportation. If you are coming up one side of the mountain (as I did) it feels like a very unsafe walk given there are no sidewalks, the road is windy, and drivers speed. I was unaware of this and had two big pieces of luggage which were very hard to drag up the mountain. The best way to get to the property is by taxi or renting a car for your stay. My friend also canceled on me last minute and I had booked a double room. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, so I was charged the full price for 2 people, but they kindly did not charge me for the breakfast for the second person.

Located in the mountain, very beautiful. Restaurant on premises. Nice staff. Helped me get a taxi. Had a great intro with maps and explanations of the area and things to do.

The room was small in size and we had lots of luggage. So it felt a little cramped up.

The Property is very easily accessible from Interlaken West as well as East. It is highly recommended that one takes a Taxi to the hotel when one has baggage to lug, since the nearest bus stop is 10-12 mins walk. On taxi you reach hotel in 4 mins at the doorstep. We were received at Reception by Mattias, a very pleasant and friendly gentleman. In fact the entire staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a room with a wonderful view of the sprawling country side and Mt Moonch and Jungfrau snow clad mountains.. we simply loved the view as well as the hotel

A slightly bigger room would have been better. But frankly, the view more than makes up for it. The hotel is a little difficult to access if you rely on public transports and you have family members who cannot walk with luggage. There is a 10- to 12-minute, slightly uphill walk to the hotel from the nearest bus station. If you have a car, then do not worry at all, there are plenty of parking spots available.

The view, the breakfast were splendid. But the best thing for me were the staffs. They were amazing, helpful, prompt, and efficient from the get go. Be that suggestions for planning a trip, getting problems regarding the room sorted or any other queries. They really made us feel like we were staying in a home!

The 15 min walk from the station to the hotel specially with luggage but it is worth it when you check in and see the beautiful apartment

We booked an apartment, it was really spacious clean and convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful. It was perfect for a 4 day stay since we cook and wash our clothes in the apartment we booked. The views were amazing too. Special mention to all the hotel staff who were incredibly sweet and helpful
