The bathroom had a musky smell. We had a car so no issues with the location but I imagine it could be inconvenient for those without.

As advertised, this was an apartment with lots of room for a family. Great staff and service, always with a smile. Very clean.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from any form of public transportation. If you are coming up one side of the mountain (as I did) it feels like a very unsafe walk given there are no sidewalks, the road is windy, and drivers speed. I was unaware of this and had two big pieces of luggage which were very hard to drag up the mountain. The best way to get to the property is by taxi or renting a car for your stay. My friend also canceled on me last minute and I had booked a double room. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, so I was charged the full price for 2 people, but they kindly did not charge me for the breakfast for the second person.

Located in the mountain, very beautiful. Restaurant on premises. Nice staff. Helped me get a taxi. Had a great intro with maps and explanations of the area and things to do.

The room was small in size and we had lots of luggage. So it felt a little cramped up.

The Property is very easily accessible from Interlaken West as well as East. It is highly recommended that one takes a Taxi to the hotel when one has baggage to lug, since the nearest bus stop is 10-12 mins walk. On taxi you reach hotel in 4 mins at the doorstep. We were received at Reception by Mattias, a very pleasant and friendly gentleman. In fact the entire staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a room with a wonderful view of the sprawling country side and Mt Moonch and Jungfrau snow clad mountains.. we simply loved the view as well as the hotel

A slightly bigger room would have been better. But frankly, the view more than makes up for it. The hotel is a little difficult to access if you rely on public transports and you have family members who cannot walk with luggage. There is a 10- to 12-minute, slightly uphill walk to the hotel from the nearest bus station. If you have a car, then do not worry at all, there are plenty of parking spots available.

The view, the breakfast were splendid. But the best thing for me were the staffs. They were amazing, helpful, prompt, and efficient from the get go. Be that suggestions for planning a trip, getting problems regarding the room sorted or any other queries. They really made us feel like we were staying in a home!

Rooms are very small and location is remote. It would have been lovely if their was a free shuttle to town or bikes were offered without cost.

The 15 min walk from the station to the hotel specially with luggage but it is worth it when you check in and see the beautiful apartment

We booked an apartment, it was really spacious clean and convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful. It was perfect for a 4 day stay since we cook and wash our clothes in the apartment we booked. The views were amazing too. Special mention to all the hotel staff who were incredibly sweet and helpful

The location is near Interlaken but it's uphill with no public vehicle going there which requires us to carry bags ourselves which is hectic otherwise everything is nice, rooms are smaller but works.

The look and feel of the hotel is nice there is a common kitchenette as well which is great.

The approach street after getting down from the bus is uphill with no footpath and constant traffic making it hazardous and tiring with luggage. It is worse after sundown with minimal street lights. We had to spend good money on taxis every time after the first difficult walk.

The window view is excellent. The room was good. We liked the breakfast. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Bit of a walk from town center on a road without sidewalks. Breakfast options a little limited if you have dietary needs, would recommend dinner in town over dinner at the hotel.

Close to Wilderswil for access to mountain activities. Rooms were nice and updated, and we had a lovely view of the Berner Alpen. Friendly staff, great drink recommendations.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff and restaurant with a beautiful view. Lovely old building and great breakfast. Also provided a takeaway breakfast when we had an early start before breakfast opened.
