Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Brilliant service, we really felt welcome at the hotel. It so nice to stay in a place that is so friendly. Lots of great advice about where to go hiking. Food was delicious. The hotel is perfectly located for hiking.

Our experience at the Waldhaus in Leukerbad was amazing. The hotel is situated on a beautiful street, yet very very close to the center and the thermal spas. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with an upgrade to a beautiful balcony room. The breakfast was delightful, and we highly recommend having dinner and lunch at their restaurant - the food was amazing and the service so kind and familiar. We are already looking forward to our next visit and cannot recommend the Waldhaus enough to others.

My husband and I had a greatest time and experience at the Hotel Restaurant Waldhaus. It is a cozy, family owned hotel in Luekerbad with a warm feel to the place. Joshua, the concierge, was kind in answering all the questions I had anticipating our stay with them. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing for all our needs. The ski lift, rental stores, and thermal baths were all within a 10 minute walk and great deals were provided by the hotel. There’s a ski trail that takes you straight back to the hotel! So awesome after snowboarding all day and not wanting to walk back. The restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious. The owners greeted us during meals and were very friendly. It was a great experience, hosted by the kindest family, and we will definitely stay again.
