I liked everything, can’t pick one negative aspect.

From the moment I arrived until I left everything was exceptional. The staff, the location, the rooms, the food at the restaurant and they have a whiskey bar that is a great experience ( even if you are not a regular whiskey drinker). Highly recommended!

The hotel decoration is quite old in the common areas, a refurbishment could be used. Our room had a technical problem that was never solved, although we asked twice to the receptionist. The best places in the dining room are reserved, what done not make sense for breakfast.

Excellent location, at walking distance from the train station in a very calm zone with beautiful views on the lake and St. Moritz. The breakfast was very good and the room comfortable.

I stayed in room 501 which is essentially an attic room - had to get used to seeing the wooden roof beams. I saw a huge spider crawling around the room at night. But the view was truly excellent.

Can’t fault the hotel at all

The location is amazing overlooking the lake, and also so close to the train station. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast overlooking the last.

No air conditioning or didn't work. The dining room was especially warm.

We loved the view of the lake from our room and the walk around it was lovely.

A lovely cozy hotel right across from the train station and, yes, facing the lake. Friendly staffs ready to help everywhere. From the check-in to the check-out, every step felt like a pleasant personal exchange. Must come again :)

The level of service from the dinner time staff and waiters were exceptional. Very friendly, polite and aim to please. Rooms were clean and a good size. Access to train, bus was very good. Location at the St Moritz lake was very practical and beautiful.

I booked at a very reasonable price, and the hotel far exceeded my expectations - the view over the lake from the dining room is incredible, and the location very convenient. The reception staff recommended dinner at the hotel, and I'm so glad I took up the offer - it was one of the best meals I had on my whole trip!

A wonderful room lake view and very good location, just opposite to train station. And I love a side way with many many wild flowers down to lake-side walking road behind the hotel

As this hotel is less than a 5 minute-walk from the train station, we did not take a taxi. But the entrance is quite high up and there is no safe path up for pedestrians rolling a suitcase. This was quite taxing and not well indicated either by the hotel. I recommend taking a taxi if one is willing to drive you the very short distance....frankly it would be nice if the hotel offered this.

Very good hot and cold selections at breakfast. Our room did not have any view...we saw a rooftop with a satellite dish. The hotel does have some rooms with nice views but these are at higher costs. During breakfast you can get a view of the lake but take note that apparently the tables closest to windows are reserved....even if there 17 tables available, they won't let you sit there! Also, the process to reserve a table for breakfast was not explained to us...so a bit frustrating.

I loved the fact they have e-bikes to lend to explore. The view of the lake is amazing! They also left a backpack in case you needed to use it and binoculars as well.

The bathroom ( the shower).

The location was great! It is close to the train station and it’s on the beautiful lake. Even though, it was a little difficult for me to get up to a little hill, by walking with my baggage to get to the hotel. We I was leaving, a driver who works for the hotel, drove me back to the train station. The breakfast was great!, with the restaurant looking at the lake. The bad thing was the bathroom shower. It was impossible to get into the place and I should have my bath with the door open.
