the free spa was a surprise. the free breakfast spread also excellent … and the view from the restaurant is superb ! the free shuttle to the station adds to the excellent and quality of service of this hotel. i highly recommend !!!

Location was convenient being near the railway and bus station and within walking distance to St Moritz township. The lake and mountain views from the hotel was scenic and magical especially there was a light snow fall then. Staff were great and hotel provides free shuttle service from the station which was great as hotel location was on a hilltop.

Our first room was just above the kitchen area and was extremely loud, disruptive and could not have the windows open because of cigarette smoke. The room did not look at all like the booking. However, we kindly asked to be moved and the replacement room was exactly as we had seen in the listing and was very peaceful.

The location and facility was amazing. The bar and restaurant area was divine.

The rooms were small (Swiss size!) but well laid out and modern. While it is close to the train station they also offer a shuttle for pick up and drop off. A big surprise was the whisky bar. Just that is a reason to visit. But most of all it was the warm and friendly staff.

One member of staff was very obstructive, not helpful in any shape and absolutely he is not a good advertisement for the hotel in any shape or format. Rude and dismissive.......................

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, apart from one staff member who was very un helpful.. Reception were amazing, Julia in the restaurant and her colleague, can't remember his name were super amazing. Housekeeping were super fantastic.

Shower in bathroom exceptionally small - had to shower with door open. Expensive but all hotels were booked out when we booked which was quite last minute

Room had a nice view of lake and town. Buffet dinner at restaurant is great and good value for money. Staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Room was comfortable and warm. Has all the services expected of a hotel. Even a backpack you can borrow for a day trip out.

The helpfulness of the staff, especially Maria and the 2 ladies at Front Desk. The driver of the shuttle was very helpful too with the pick ups, drop offs and assisting with luggage in and out of the MPV.
