Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Perfect location opposite the train station, but very quiet at night. Everything looked smart and clean. I really appreciated the tea / coffee facilities. Lovely buffet breakfast. Staff were all friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location near the railway station, thus providing an easy to the numerous fantastic hiking possibilities in several valleys around. Rooms really soundproof, so no disturbing noise from outside or from neighbors. In addition to this, hotel surroundings, very busy at daytime, are really calm at night. Rooms modern, with enough light and all you need for a short stay. Good Wi-Fi. Very helpful staff, speaking perfect English. Great breakfast. Overall, highly recommended.

The location was ideal for us to take a trip from Visp to Zermatt. The train station is literally across the road. Parking is secure and the rooms are comfortable.

SwitzerlandVery average breakfast would have been sufficient however, the warm basics (eggs, sausages, bacon) often empty, not replenished well enough by staff. Burnt scrambled eggs one morning. Cold cuts selection basically empty apart from 3 slices of leftover ham, even although way before closing time. Bacon basically strips of fat.

Location: ideally situated close to transit links (train, bus) as well as supermarkets, shops & restaurants. Modern and clean facilities: no frills, but everything you need Friendly but unobtrusive staff I had the unexpected bonus of a free room upgrade upon arrival, which was very appreciated! The premium double room has a huge balcony with views over the city and the mountains beyond.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you need after a long journey. Just next to train station. If you do not mind daily commute to Zermatt or Interlaken (1 hour each way), stay here forever!! The rooftop morning breakfast has good quality food and outstanding mountain view.

Wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect. It is stylish, everything is comfortable. I stayed at the apartment, it is not far from the hotel. Everything you need is provided. Coop is just “next door”. 2 min to the train and bus station. They even provided me with adapter for my laptop!

United KingdomLacked a restaurant, although the coffee n cake shop were excellent. Visp seems to lack any quality restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Room was excellent, with good en-suite bathroom scalding hot water! View and balcony a bonus. Breakfast was excellent and although the underground parking wasn’t in the same building it was very accessible and secure.

I always come here when I work in Visp. The rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a kettle to prepare a tea. The breakfast is ace, the scrambled eggs are the best I ever got in Switzerland.
