We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLacked a restaurant, although the coffee n cake shop were excellent. Visp seems to lack any quality restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Room was excellent, with good en-suite bathroom scalding hot water! View and balcony a bonus. Breakfast was excellent and although the underground parking wasn’t in the same building it was very accessible and secure.

I always come here when I work in Visp. The rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a kettle to prepare a tea. The breakfast is ace, the scrambled eggs are the best I ever got in Switzerland.
