Great location and great facilities! The casting option for the tv and speaker were a nice touch.

I didn't find a thermostat and the apartment was a bit warm.

The location was central to ski lift as well as downtown and the train station. All within 10 min walk. A nice deck to relax on - I would have seen the Matterhorn from it if not for gloomy clouds all day.

Availability of hot water is a problem if you have more than one companion and spring as the hot water will takes one hour or more to warm up after the previous person finish the bath. It’s pretty inconvenience to me as I need to rush to the next city and I had to bathe in cold water which kind of freeze me especially during the autumn.

The mattresses were well beyond their useful life. They need to be discarded 5 years ago. I almost rated the property an 8 due to the bedding situation. Sheets were also pilled. Made for a tough night’s sleep. This property would easily be a “10” with a change is bedding/mattress.

The views of the Matterhorn are exceptional. There is a busier road that you look over to view the Matterhorn but it ended up not being an issue. The property is adequately supplied with pots, pans, cutlery and drink ware. Having stayed in Zermatt two other times, it was nice to be close to grocery stores and amenities.

Zermatt is so magical and this apartment is in the perfect location. Views of the sunrise hitting the Matterhorn while laying in bed, what morw could you want. Check in process was easy, apartment was clean and well stocked. Highly highly recommend. We came here a few days after getting married and we're hoping to come back for our 10 year anniversary

Just some minor things. The staircase is really dark. Apartment smells like someone has deep fried something when first walked in. Some used coffee pods inside coffee maker were not removed.

Comfortable and sensible layout, finished to a very high standard, with lovely facilities and products. The shower and shower products were excellent! Great communication with the host who also have brilliant advice for activities / hikes to do in the area.

The entryway was designed to take your shoes off, which was great; however, the area had little to no ventilation and stunk terribly. The TV took a great deal of space from the kitchen that could have been used as counter space, maybe mounted on the wall over the couch instead of where it is currently.

Excellent directions to the key box and even a video in case you couldn't find it! Super cute place with great views and not directly on the street, so it was quiet. Close to everything. The very modern kitchen, although tiny, was fun to cook in. Great balcony with amazing views.

The instructions left for us were spot on. The location of the apartment was great - with a great view of the Matterhorn, and walkable distance to the city center, grocery stores and central station. We rented two apartments. The apartments were equipped with all the necessary appliances and were well maintained. The Matterhorn view room was particularly great. Would stay here again if we visit Zermatt. Highly recommend !

The only complaint was there were no shampoo and body wash provided and there is no full length mirror, only one basin mirror in the bathroom.

Location was great about 7 min walk from the main train station. The interior of the apartment is impressive and clean. Like the view from the balcony.

The view. The Matterhorn, in its glory, right in front of you! Super balcony. Kitchen very modern with excellent facilities. Lovely bathroom too. Spacious. The photos could be updated- the view is even better since agree has been felled. Loved it!
