Stunning property overlooking Lake Maggiore. Breakfast was excellent. We opted for the half board option. The restaurant/food was exceptional. Would definitely return.

The moment you walk in, you drop your shoulders and breathe, you feel completely at home. The hotel reception, bar to the right and the terraces are just fabulous spaces to spend your time in. The wonderful views across Maggiore, oodles of friendly staff, watching thunderstorms on the balcony, big beautiful bedrooms, it's the stuff of dreams. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, one of my favourites in the world.

Elegant boutique luxury hotel. Great Spa, fantastic pool area overlooking the Alps, excellent fine dining and a wonderful breakfast with a breathtaking view. We stayed in a beautiful and very convenient large suite. Gorgeous place with all the “small luxury Charme. Service was outstanding

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything! This place is absolutely exceptional in every respect. From the amazing greeting, wonderful fragrance, the best view of any lake hotel I’ve been to and the room… totally amazing. We were here for our honeymoon and will definitely return! The food was also exceptional.

Nothing everything was good

- located a little far away from the center enough to enjoy some peace and quiet - incredible reception by the staff with a great tour around the hotel upon our arrival - an upgrade that was incredibly generous - breakfast was delicious and a huge thank you to mr Francois for his huge help and hospitality - the views from the room were amazing - most amenities including the shower, fridge and oven are more than what you need - marvellous jacuzzi to enjoy

Great view of the hotel garden, city, lake and mountains- all in one. Extremely helpful and very kind hotel personnel, excellent hotel restaurant! Breakfast and dinner really tasty and well presented dishes, amazing taste! Highly enjoyed breakfast and drinks on terraces with such beautiful views. We appreciated the large room and bathroom, well designed and extremely clean. Bedding was comfortably large with medium-hard mattresses. Hotel is 3 stops by historic funicular railway making trip from city center to hotel charming and effortless.

Friendly welcome with Champagne on the Terrace - Charming and modern Suite 111 with all necessary amenities - Tasty breakfast - Great SPA treatment and time at the pool - 15 GM Chef at the Restaurant who serves you modern Italian cuisine - all that with a dedicated and attentive staff. We will come back!

I dont like possibility to other people can smoke in terrace in area where everybody eat in dinner or breakfast,this moement really disturbing very nice and kind atmosphere in hotel.I think breakfast in this kind of hotels can have more variety of meals and fruits and youghurts and rest.Which I see in rest of 5 star hotels.

Wow! Such a gem! A truly amazing hotel, everything is perfect (location, rooms, hotel staff, food) and all the people so nice! We had an amazing time, they have a great pool and an amazing garden, the restaurant is stunning! Only words of praise, we had an amazing time!

Room Service Menu is limited (both the 24 hrs and the regular menu).

An all round extremely top level hotel! The staff by far makes the difference and the facilities are fantastic ( pool, gym, spa, etc!). Big shout out to Leo! always making our sunny summer afternoons by the pool very homely!
