The room is not renovated for a long time, lighting is not sufficient, absent power outlet near bed. Same food on breakfast all days.

The pool is amazing, with circling water and jacuzzi inside pool. Also outside jacuzzi. Location is prefect close to train station and cable car and coop - supermarket. Good breakfast.

After booking I was notified that the hotel was under renovation so it was aesthetically appealing. A little noisy at night outside the hotel. Slept with windows open because the room was stuffy.

Decor for the Spa could be updated since the facilities are very good.

Breakfast was great with a big variety of foods to eat. Restaurant was very good too. Spa was lovely with lots of options after a day of hiking or skiing Location was great. Staff was very accommodating.

I didn't like the room they gave us at the beginning, because it didn't resemble the room that was shown in the pictures of the booking site, which was disappointing and kind of fake. When I told the staff, they were helpful enough to find a good enough solution for this, and gave us a new room with a better view, almost like the one we wanted and paid for. I didn't like that there was scaffolding everywhere. It almost didn't feel like a holiday with such views.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I also liked that the room has a big cupboard and a well equipped bathroom. Most importantly, I liked the treatment of the staff. They found a solution for a problem we shared with them, and they were extremely helpful. I also liked the breakfast. It had a variety of things to choose from. I loved the location of the hotel. It is two minutes away from the train station, which is really convenient.

it is a European thing - bedrooms are very small compared to USA and Beds ae not as soft and comfortable but for Europe style, the room was GREAT

GREAT View of the Mountains and LB valley. Staff is very nice and accomadating. the Spa is incredible, candidly one of the MAIN reasons we choose this hotel - probably our 8th different year we have stayed in Wengen

No air condition and it was sooooo hot! If you don’t sleep well hot I would keep that in mind!

It would have been nice if they provided a fan for the room during the summer month. It was stuffy at night. We had to open the deck door to cool the room down at night.

Beautiful view of the mountains from our deck! Great location and just a 3 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast spread was good and had lots of options. The room was perfect size for our stay since we were out exploring each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The court yard area was big and provided activities for adults and kids. They set up a big screen to watch the Paris Olympics a couple of nights.

With no air conditioning in the room there was some noise from the village when having to keep the windows open in hot weather. Other than that I'm struggling to find any fault with the hotel!

Excellent location right next to the station and yet no disturbance from train noise. Views from the restaurant of the Jungfrau mountain as well as the Lauterbrunnen valley were lovely. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, especially for a 3 star hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. I don't know why this isn't a 4 star hotel!

The hot tub/spa was not very warm. The tv in the family room was very small which made it hard to watch the World Cup games as a family.
