The room organisation could have been better. The toilet was clean, but it was terribly small, especially the shower cubicle. A normal person of average size itself struggles to fit inside the cubicle. Further no toiletries at all. The hotel does need serious upkeep of the furniture / decor and the rugs & carpets Which are dated and old and may be changed The same holds true for some furniture as well . However, bedding was very comfortable.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is adjacent to the station, and the view from the room is beautiful/ gorgeous / fantastic and simply superb. The room is lovely for a small family. The check-in receptionist was very polite.

The location was perfect! The spa and swimming pool area exceeded our expectations, and the family room we were in was much larger than expected.

We encountered a few issues that made our visit less enjoyable. When we asked about the swimming pool fountain, we were told it turns on every 10 minutes, but we stayed for almost an hour and never saw it turn on. Additionally, it seemed like the staff were a bit bothered when we pressed the buttons for help. The lady there was rude and shouted at us.

Was not aware pool would be broken in spa so couldn’t use that. It was off season, so there was a lot of construction going on at and around the hotel.

One area they could improve on was the breakfast. There were no toiletries for women, so no shower cap, no conditioner, no shaver for legs. You need to buy these as well as facial moisturiser.

One bathroom for the family room creates quite a shuffle and at times required people to use the hotel bathroom rather than the one in the room. While it is not a major issue, the room had a very distinct lack of power points, at times making it difficult to charge devices. The breakfast is a little lacking. The hotel has an appliance for people to boil their own eggs which results in poor outcomes when you have multiple people trying to cook them at the same time. I would suggest that it would be more effective for the hotel to cook a batch of eggs and have them readily available. A couple of the wait staff were a little gruff and did not appear to really like their jobs but for the most part the staff were good.

This property is in such an awesome location with amazing views and the person at the front desk was great; he was very friendly and went out of his way to assist us. We stayed in a family suite with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds in the loft. The room was great with a balcony and views on both sides. Waking up to falling snow and views of the snow capped mountains was amazing. Also loved that the hotel is pet friendly and right next to the Wengen station.

DRINKS WERE OVER PRICED, HOTEL DECOR IS BECOMING DATED. WILL NEED SOME MODERNIZATION SOON, AND NAKED SPA!! MEANT THAT SOME OF THE FAMILY WERE UNABLE TO USE THE FACILITIES WE CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR.

The food and restaurant service was variable. Several nights the food was badly prepared and the staff confused as to what we had been served. Also several people in our party had dietary requirements and the staff did not appear to be able to access allergen information easily. It was the end of the ski season and it felt some days we were being fobbed off with substandard food as the cupboards were bare.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect being right next to the station, Mannlichen lift and the end of the ski run in Wengen. We enjoyed using the extensive wellness area. Our budget room was compact as we expected, but it was also spotlessly clean. The food was good and the deserts excellent.

Although we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay, we had to pay for the tap water we had with dinner. Unfortunately, no one informed us about this additional expense.

Hotel lacked any decorations—rather bleak, actually. Hot tub offered a great view, but was tepid at best.

Meals were better than expected! Spa was great, especially the pool and relaxation room.
