ArgentinaThe only thing that was a shame, are the beds I asked for. In the website said 1 big double and I received 2 smalls. Maybe was my fault or I don’t know. I wanted to send a message to be clear with that. And another thing is 1 guy said we can use the spa but next day it was not available (Monday). So I don’t know, next time we will check better that part also. But the experience was so nice and the hotel too anyway.

SwitzerlandNot sure why 'adding a tip' is always presented to you when paying in the restaurant - this created an awkward moment as felt pressured to then tip to a slightly embarrassed server. It's Switzerland guys NO ONE TIPS!! It's expensive anyways! Please just pay your service staff a decent wage and don't load this embarrassing inconvenience on guests. Was also not informed that parking was at a cost of 14chf a day - this is a bit excessive, other hotels such as the inter golf don't charge for this. Also if car park is full at hotel you have to use the public car park at 20chf per day which the hotel seem reluctant to share in advance.

Loved chess and free cake for goûter. Nice restaurant with delicious cuisine. Friendly and welcoming staff. Big and warm swimming pool. Well equipped gym. Looking forward for renovated sauna, hammam and hot spring (the only non/renovated parts).

SwitzerlandThroughout our stay there was a very unpleasant strong sewer smell pretty much in the whole building, mainly in the corridors. This needs to be solved! Just like the spa (open to public!) that was not renewed with the rest of the hotel and definitely needs renovation from scratch. Our (triple) room and bathroom were very nice and spacious, but there's no heating in the bathroom and absolutely no toiletries apart from the liquid soap in the shower and a hair dryer. I have never seen a 4* hotel that does not propose basic toiletry products (even 3* hotels in Switzerland normally do). There seems to be a little problem with the towels as well. ALL of them had some hair stuck on it. Breakfast also needs to be improved- no fresh fruit and/or fresh juice, no products without sugar, lactose or gluten... mostly industrial stuff, except for the home made bircher musli, which the staff in the restaurant very kindly prepared without sugar especially for us, after I pointed out that there was NOTHING without sugar in the buffet. Many thanks for this! :-)
