We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Switzerlandfor my personal comfort I would have appreciated if the rooms would be a bit better isolated, after being in the room for awhile I felt a bit chilled. It was not a big issue and probably just a personal preference. Maybe having a fridge would be a good add on to the flat to allow quests to store some food (e.g. for breakfast)
we were able to park the car at the property although check-in was only possible later, so we had the chance to spend the day in Grindelwald and get back in the later afternoon. Although we did not need it but a check-in a bit earlier would have been possible. Overall staff was very friendly. The flat is very spacious and in a good location. Everything was clean so we had a good stay and would choose this property again especially as the price is very fair.

BahrainThe pictures don't do justice. For a family of 5, we were expecting something else but then we got a message and we were given ground floor rooms which seemed very old. The rooms were a bit creepy, too small (they looked like a jail tbh with the waterbasin in each room). We were glad we were not staying longer. They have parking but it is too small so if they are full, you have to park in public parking space which is what happened to us the second day.
It is next to all the places we wanted to visit in Grindlewald which was nice.

South KoreaIt hasn't room cleaning service and no brakefast even if I can pay but they said me not arrowed brakefast. I don't understand that situation they have kitchen but brakefast was not served for me. When I want to use microwave that I must use only 5 to 7 pm and pay 2 CHF I hope that staff have to change the system.

GermanyAlthough it does clearly state "no kitchen", there was one small kettle......and absolutely NO other facilities or equipment......none. A microwave would have been nice and costs nothing. There were no cups or cutlery - if you put a kettle there, why not put in some cups or spoons to make a tea or coffee? Why not include a small fridge? You will have to eat out every day of your stay here, and this is hugely expensive in Grindelwald. At the check-in the owner said breakfast was not available, and as I was in town for the Eiger Ultra run ( so up very early ) it was not easy to prepare much in the way of a breakfast with only a kettle and no cutlery! I also explained that I would be back very late in the night/early morning and if I could please check out 1 hour later at 11:00, instead of 10:00. The stiff owner was not willing to compromise in any way and said that as stated in the booking, check-out was at 10:00, regardless. As it was I got back to the apartment at 04:00 and still had to be out by 10:00! I absolutely cannot understand why under such circumstances he was not prepared to be a little more accommodating to my quite reasonable request, as between check-out and check-in there are 7 hours for them to clean the rooms, and it's not as if they can clean ALL the rooms at the same time! The owner's wife was much more friendly but I still thought it very unnecessary to be zero tolerant and it spoiled my stay. The facilities were very basic like you would find in a hostel, and even in a hostel you might find more offered. The towels for instance were pretty old and falling to pieces. There is no en-suite bathroom as stated in the description, but a wash basin in the room and a separate bathroom............and this for €351 for 2 nights.
Parking at the hotel was nice, but it was very tight and with the steepness of the hill could be a challenge to some people. The location was very central and close to everything.
