The apartment is clean but it’s very old inside and haven’t been renovated since last 20 years at least. The contact with the owner is very poor.

The apartment is very well located with a nice terrasse and view.

The appartment's best times are long ago. Many pieces of equipment work just so so (windows, blinds). Our reservation for 4 people resulted in only 3 ready beds. The key should have been deposited in a pre-arranged place, but it wasn't there. Not the smoothest process of solving this at 10 p.m. Probably not a systematic problem, we just weren't lucky.

The location is fine - just outside the center and just by the lake. The appartment is cozy and fully equipped. The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. Parking in the garage is very fine.

The apartment is a bit outdated, and did not offer mountain access card.

The apartment is very well located with 2 mins walk to the lake, 15 mins walk to the train station, 3 mins walk to the supermarkets, all were very convenient. In addition, a free parking space is definitely a plus to those who arrived with own vehicles.

As some of the other reviews say, there are no standard apartment amenities available when you arrive. We had seen this in the reviews but were a bit shocked when we arrived that there was no hand or body soap or shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. We were only provided one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, and one trash bag for four nights. There was one sponge for the kitchen provided but it did not look brand new so we bough new ones. There was also no coffee in the kitchen. We also only received one small and one large towel per person. There were no closets available for guests. Although none of these items were expensive, it was annoying to have to run out and purchase these items as soon as we arrived after driving three hours from the airport and all we wanted to do was wash our hands, take a shower, and relax. I would recommend the management company provide these basic items for your guests to make the stay more comfortable. With all that said (and now that we know in advance) we would still stay here again but future guests should take note.

My husband and I came to ski St. Moritz for a long weekend and had a great stay at this apartment! The apartment was clean and bigger than it looks in the photos, which is always a nice surprise. It was conveniently located walking distance to a huge grocery store, several restaurants and shops, the lake (which was frozen over and you could walk on!), and to the bus stop to the ski mountain (which is free if you are skiing). The partial view of the lake from the balcony was very nice and the apartment itself was very quiet. Check-in communication in English with Delphine was excellent and the apartment had all the cooking utensils we needed for the kitchen. We felt very comfortable in this apartment and enjoyed watching TV and relaxing after skiing. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The inside of the apartment is unsanitary, this apartment is so dirty that it is dangerous for people with low immunity, there is a risk of infection of the skin and respiratory system. The walls are very dirty, there are many cracks, traces of water stains and dark spots after attempts to wash off the mold (see photo). The kitchen furniture is assembled from items of different ages, and the bathroom cabinet looks like it came from a landfill. We ourselves had to disinfect the toilet and all surfaces that we came into contact with. Half of the cabinets contain old belongings of migrants who apparently lived here before (see photo). The bed linen was clean, but the towels were very dirty, with traces of old paint, so old that they could no longer be washed. As a result, inflammation appeared on my skin. The management company is required to dry clean, paint the walls and prepare clean towels before welcoming guests. But they just made nice photos and advertising slogans.

good location between town center and walking routes, very comfortable entrance by car into the building garage. There is smart and comfortable location of a furniture inside the apartment.

I'd like to give you some constructive feedback 1. I really advise you to change the mattress of the main bedroom. It is basically foam and doesnt support the back. it was really difficult to get a good night sleep on that mattress and i went back with a back ache 2. I suggest you review the work done by the person who cleans the apartment. the mattress was just covered by a mattress protector and there wasnt any bed sheet/cover on top. I couldnt locate a sheet big enough to cover the mattress in the supply closet at the entrance. 3. Some of your duvet covers are old and have lint/fuzz balls. even if they are clean, they dont seem clean. 4. please could you provide some sort of bath gel and soap in the bathroom. the washing liquid in the kitchen was almost over too.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable apartment. Ideal for a holiday in StMoritz, especially for families with children. The apartment had absolutely everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of plates, mugs, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, even a blender. Spices, tea, coffee, olive oil, everything for washing dishes was also there. Very nice interior design of the rooms. Lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Coop around the corner, lake across the road, underground parking, all very convenient for a great holiday. There was no noise, neither from the neighbors nor from the construction site. Everything is done comfortably and with love, you feel at home. We plan to definitely come back.

Location, size of apartment with spacious rooms, bedsheets and towels included, perfect communication, easy check - in and check - out, indoor parking, bath tub (important for kids).
