Room and bathroom were so small. No shelf space for toiletries let alone shower gel (had to place this on the floor). The pillows were thin and provided barely any neck support - had to fold them over. Construction work next door at the time we were there which started at 7.58am

WIFI somehow did not work well.

Central location and boutique like interior; all basics there, small but functional rooms. Nice restaurant and bar. The hotel participates in the areas transportation discounts, hence when you stay two days or more access to bus, gondolas etc included, which is super convenient as the area has a lot to offer.

We had a problem with the room lock and was just given a key which was still temperamental but no one came to look at it at all. We only stayed for one night so didn't push it further. If we were staying for longer i would have asked to swap rooms as at one point we thought we were locked out for good.

Lovely cosy hotel and a good location. The bus stops are right outside so it was easy to get to and from the station. Spacious room. The bar and lounge were lovely to sit and relax in. Good breakfast.

Lighting in the room, no unit or table to place luggage, had to be the floor. Idea of the room design was modern but lighting needs to be improved unless a window blind is installed

Location, initially difficult to find as the main purpose of the building is anItalian restaurant and a bar. Room on the main road, with a balcony not used for long as noisy and busy and not the best view!!! Large windows were great but should have some sort of blind as no main light in the room, everything black, so had to get ready in the bathroom as had to keep the curtains closed to get dressed. Only bottled water in the room no coffee etc, however small toblerone was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok, but the highlight as we were on a driving holiday was the very secure payable parking, excellent.

We had the apartment which was perfect for my family of four. It’s also literally 4 minutes in a taxi from the train station. Walking distance to the lake, and a cute little bakery next door either nice treats.

The hotel is beautiful as you walk in, it’s in a good location, the room was beautiful, romantic vibe with a balcony. They decorated my room as it was my husbands birthday. Restaurant food was amazing

Almost nothing, there is a bar on first floor which stays noisy till midnight

Hotel was next to Lake, however bus could take you to center in few min. Hotel kindly gave us guest tickets covering not only buses but also funicular up to Pic Noir !!!! And we used it !! Breakfast was great too, rooms were clean. I booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Smaller room was good for nights.

The room was smaller than advertised. You could barely walk around the bed.Not at all like the photos in the room booking displayed. There was no room safe. The hotel was under renovation and our window looked out onto a balcony that had all the building materials stored on it. This room was allocated after we complained about the size of the initial room. One hairdryer per floor was found after I requested one!

Pillows a little too soft, well insulated, so a little warm for a summer stay, thus had to open balcony door a little, but then had traffic noise. Air conditioning would have helped.
