Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The hotel location, views, staff and team were all outstanding. Unfortunately during our stay the restaurants and room service were unavailable. This was a bit of an inconvenience but they did try to make up for it. The breakfast was lacking also but my guess is that was also due to staffing issues.

Service: Exceptional and warm service with staff always greeting you with a smile. All staff also seemed especially personable, chatting easily with guests. All kinds of service, whether it be breakfast or room deliveries, were always prompt 👍 Food: Unfortunately we stayed one night only so couldn’t comment much about the food. Location: The view from the upper suites was amazing and you get an awesome view of the top of the Matterhorn from there (we saw the sunrise on the Matterhorn). If you get the bigger suites there is a lovely fireplace as well which you can light yourself. They also offer a shuttle in and out of the hotel. Facilities: spa, jacuzzi, and swimming pool look clean and modern.

Italy1. bathroom was not designed for showers; it gets flooded. 2. we received dozens of Nespresso pods with no explanation of what they contained; couldn't tell a decaf from an espresso. 3. Our room was in back, not a great view of Zermatt. 4. No air conditioning, due to municipal ordinance, we were told. Unpleasant surprise.

We visited in November this year. The suite we stayed in had an amazing view of the Matterhorn (possibly one of the best photos we have taken of the Matternhorn!) The Omnia is conveniently located within Zermatt, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing - in particular, the Schnitzel and the Raclette. Needless to say, the service was impeccable. Will definitely be back when we go back to Zermatt!

United StatesFrom the moment we booked the omnia for our honeymoon stay through the day, we checked out and even after has made an everlasting impression on us. We can’t recommend the omnia more for your vacation stay in Switzerland. The stash was excellent and always checking in on us to make sure we’re as comfortable as possible. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and rests on top of the most insane view of all of zermatt. Their modern style was some thing out of celebrity magazines with their incredible Jacuzzi overlooking all of Zermatt, to their massages performed by amazing staff, to the welcoming gift from their whiskey left in our rooms, to the little chocolates that they put in our rooms every single night upon tear down for bed… Everything was magnificent Upon booking the omnia for a honeymoon, we already knew from the reviews that this place would be an extraordinary place to experience. The reviews aren’t mistaken, and are well-deserved. Coming from California out of the country to Switzerland they made this whole experience a pleasant one to say the least. Checking in with us through emails along the way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 10 day trip. They give us all the knowledge And support. The customer service is outstanding, and nothing we’ve ever experienced before. Truly, if you want a once in a lifetime experience with excellent customer service, amazing breakfast and dinners choose the omnia for your next stay. I never even rate salads because they’re just a salad… But the omnia made the best Caesar salad I have ever had in my entire life. Not to mention their wine is something I’ve been searching online for for the last week to bring back home to the states. Thankfully I found something similar in the local grocery stores there that I packed in my checked bag on my way home.
